The communication with the staff is great!! They’re all helpful and friendly. Ms. Sherry is doing an excellent job at being the new director. My children range from 11, 6 & 4 and all ages have had a positive experience. The staff goes above to help those who need help. Pizza day every Friday is something my kids look forward too. Out of the 4 daycares my children have been to through their life, KAA is by far the best.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my son’s and I’s experience. He was enrolled from May-August of this year. I wouldn’t recommend taking your children here if they can’t talk. My son was in the toddler room so I can only speak on the infant/toddler teachers. First and foremost, if you need to drop your child off at opening (6:30AM) don’t bother, they’re always late. Second, I disclosed that my son has separation anxiety due to a 70 day long NICU stay, they sent him home for being inconsolable and the only thing the director Sheri said to me was a recommendation that he be taken to a doctor. Which he’s a 2 year old? It is normal for a 2 year old to cry. Clearly his needs weren’t being met. She had no follow up or recommendations or anything to help my son adjust to the transition of daycare. These people do not care about your kids. There was talk of unsafe staffing ratios as well, stop accepting children if you cannot staff accordingly. Another thing, I walked in on the staff talking badly about parents, once again, I didn’t bother to bring up because I didn’t want it to effect my sons care. I’ve also seen the infant teacher sitting in the crib with one of the infants which is crazy to me. And my last and final straw was when I picked up my son early and walked into him screaming at the top of his lungs because they had his chair tucked in at snack time and he couldn’t get out. His snack was long gone and he was the only child left at the table. There were multiple teachers in the room at the time that didn’t even bother paying attention to him or assisting him, I SOBBED after seeing that and immediately unenrolled him. The people that work here aren’t terrible people, but my child deserves better care from people that love what they do.

all the staff in this facility are amazing! they also communicate with parents when there is anything going on or even when they want to share something special with parents, like pictures of the kids playing or showing off the art they created! there is not 1 person i dislike here! i love them all and im very grateful for them taking care of my children while i have to work :)!!!! 100/10 would RECOMMEND! if someone else had a bad experience than maybe they should consider trying to talk to the director which she is also AMAZING, she understands and will take any measure to fix the problem, so if she cant fix it maybe the problem is elsewhere! <3

I 100% recommend Kids Advancing! My daughter has been attending for almost a year now, and my son started a few months ago and they both love it! My daughter had a very traumatic experience at the last daycare she was in, and Ashleigh and her staff did an amazing job helping transition her back into daycare making her feel comfortable again. The two of them never want to leave when I come to pick them up!

Our son has been going here for almost a year, and we've had a good experience overall! :) We're VERY grateful for the flexibility with schedules, and for the excellent teachers (we've loved Ms. Andria, Ms. Maddy, and Ms. Sam in the infant room, and Ms. Rayy and Ms. Alyssa in the toddler room)! Fridays are nice because all food is provided, which is great! The cost is VERY affordable. The main concern I have (with many daycares) is the fairly high turnover rate of staff. This is not unique to KAA, but it happens here, too. I also wish the toddlers would get outside more often, especially when it's such nice weather. I know it's not always easy/possible, but fresh air does kids good! Anyway, our experience with KAA has been good, and we plan to keep our son in here for a while to come!
