Absolutely love everything this church has to offer, however I do suggest getting a new person to handle the Christmas shop calls. I called about my registration being canceled, during this called he seemed WAY to happy to let me know my registration was canceled. My child no long attends said school, which I get, it didn't matter last year, the reason for applying this year, but ok. Just the way this man sounded, I'm in full blown tears knowing I just ruined my kids Christmas by fully depending on this because again, last year, no issues, and I'm apologizing for wasting his time and he just hangs up. Again I'm NOT mad about it being canceled, that's on me, but when telling a parent they'll no longer be receiving the help they thought they was, it dont sound so...... Waited on and cold, especially from a chruch. Everything else, AMAZING, my daughter graduated her tutoring class there, never had anything but good things come from it, LOVED her tutor and very much enjoyed attending the Christmas shop the last 5 or so years!
Beautiful facility. I was there with the Patriot Guard Riders for a funeral for a veteran.
"if the salt loses its saltiness....." When the word of God is preached it will do its work. The last two times I've visited in the past year and a half I did not feel the word of God was preached at all.. it was pretty much a conversation ....very typical of many of today's pulpits. The people are still friendly but it is not the preaching from six or more years ago. I remember seeing a book by Erwin lutzer there in their book area who I would judge to be a great pastor/ writer and I thought this is a great place to endorse preaching like him but sadly it is no longer the case in my opinion. Take their recent preaching on politics and I felt not helpful at all to stand for anything. Don't we need to be taught to stand as light and salt against this godless culture? Don't we need to preach that abortion is murder and say uncomfortable things that we need to hear and not what we want to hear? Didn't Jesus come to preach truth and Grace not just grace? So many Christians are not voting at all anymore and so we will be trampled underfoot as a nation. If you are not going to vote the policies that are standing against open murder, Marxism, and all sorts of ungodliness then the evil/ darkness will overcome, not the light. Pray! Read the word of God! Ask God for boldness for those around you and go out and lovingly meet the needs as well as bring the message of the gospel!
This church really had a good vibe. I liked the people, the preacher, the facility and their evident spirit of service.
The hospitality, children’s team, and preaching were phenomenal. Wonderful place to be a guest
