What Parents Say
Kiddy Kare Preschool Site 1 receives mostly positive feedback, with parents praising caring and attentive staff who support child development and create a welcoming environment. However, two serious concerns have been raised: one regarding bathroom privacy practices and another alleging discriminatory treatment toward a child with ASD.
The teachers and all staff overall are so great! Very understanding and work with the kids. My niece has become such a social butterfly and her vocabulary has expanded so much since she’s been with them. She loves going in every day seeing her friends. The new director is great as well, she keeps clear communication with the families.
I was worried about my Daughter's transition here from another daycare, but ever since my daughter loves waking up and coming to Daycare she loves the new friends she has made and the Warming environment the teachers and staff provide. The staff is very caring and considerate. Plus the process was easy smooth and affordable.. definitely recommend.
I’ve had my 3 year old there since October of 2017. She absolutely loves it and I do too! She never stops talking about her teacher Suzy (no longer at the location), her teacher Ana, and new teacher Ericka. She absolutely adores them! They take great care of her and she’s learned SO much there. It amazes me how well she can keep a conversation! I thank KiddyKare for all they’ve done to care for and teach my daughter.
I absolutely hate how the kids have absolutely no privacy when they use the bathroom. All the kids form a line right outside the bathroom while the door is wide open, the kids are obviously exposed! I noticed this when I picked up my son early in the day. This is so weird. I don't know why no one including the staff have not complained about this. I took my son to another day care facility where they have small doors where the teachers can monitor the kids for safety but are not exposing the kids' private parts to other kids including parents!!!! I also did not like the kindergarten teacher, she seemed so cold and rude to the kids. All the other staff are super sweet.
As soon as my son was diagnosed with ASD and qualified for an IEP, I let the staff know. Within days, the administration let us know that our son was unwanted and we should seek care elsewhere. His behavior had not changed and there was no change since his diagnosis to when we were advised to withdraw him. This childcare institution is discriminatory and I would advise anyone to choose another place.
