Kiddy Grove West Day Care Center

The employees are the most unprofessional and worst I have ever dealt with. Some of the staff bullies the children and say hurtful words to the children. A staff told my daughter “ She doesn’t know why my child’s name is Grace because she (my daughter) is not graceful”. That is really mean & hurtful for any adult to say to a 7 years old child. They pick & chooses which parents to show kindness to. If you are a parent who genuinely cares about your child's wellbeing, your children will become distressed if they tell you the truth about what goes on at the daycare. Also, very mean with food. Their snacks are considered 1 gogurts or two crackers from one pack while the children starve until pick up. Only brought my kids at the daycare at the time due to them being the only daycare available because we moved from out of state. EVERYTHING the reviewer “Wop Baby” had mentioned, in 2024 it is still the same.

This is he absolute worst daycare I have ever encountered. My kids went here and I thought it was fine until I was offered a position for employment soon I found how unorganized and unsanitary the place is. They hire any body off the streets to work most people are not even qualified. They serve milk all year round ever after its expiration date several time there was not even enough food to feed kids. They give out small portions like two crackers a piece for a snack. the children starve and the staff is very stingy and money hungry. There was even a unsafe play area where the playground was coming down and children were still aloud to play on it. This business is owned to English people who are racist toward blacks.

I love kiddy Grove day care bc they take care of me good and feed and take and at school in time and I love the teacher there every much kids get to help teacher there and we go to field trip like fun ones they make it fun but sometime the get mad at the child but they let us free play we get to have your phone there it the cool to be there😍😎👌
