What Parents Say
Kiddies Kollege receives predominantly positive feedback, with most parents praising the caring staff, family-oriented environment, and child development. However, one detailed negative review cites poor leadership, high staff turnover, inconsistent policies, and lack of communication as major concerns.
I’m extremely pleased with the level of care and attention my son and I receive here. It’s only one week and I’m already in love with their practices. At our last daycare center my son stayed sick. He’d be fine at home and boom like clock work he’ll be sick after one day back to school. Not here: they do a health check on all the children upon arrival and they sanitize the classrooms and toys. I’m so glad we made the decision to come here. The only con I have is beyond their control and that’s the parking. Gotta get in and get out.
Since my 1 year old twins have started at kiddies inc I have seen so much growth with them and they have learned so much, it’s just amazing. The teachers are great it’s too many to name they all definitely give their undivided attention an all the love to those children in the center. It’s a family oriented environment I’m definitely happy I picked this daycare for my little ones just gives me at ease mindset that my children are in great hands
If you’re a working parent, this is NOT the daycare for you! My child has been attending this daycare for two years, and I have officially had enough. From poor leadership to constant staff turnover, the experience has been nothing short of exhausting and disappointing. Let’s start with the director—she is extremely off-putting, unprofessional, and downright rude. She does not speak to parents at all—no “hello” at drop-off, no “goodbye” at pickup, and absolutely no communication when there’s an issue. She shows zero interest in children and even less in building any kind of relationship with families. Any time a concern is brought to her attention, her only response is to suggest termination of your child’s spot—no discussion, no mediation, just removal. We’ve had multiple teachers (some of whom no longer work there) tell us to find another daycare due to the toxic environment created by leadership. The staff turnover rate is alarming—my child has had six different teachers in just two years. That’s incredibly disruptive to a young child’s growth, development, and sense of stability. Health-wise, it’s no better. Hand, foot, and mouth disease spreads frequently, and instead of improving sanitation or infection control practices, they just send out vague notices and close the center. And speaking of closures, this place shuts down constantly for “professional development”—yet somehow, the quality of care and customer service continues to decline. The training, if any, is not showing in their day-to-day operations. The daycare enforces a strict 7:00–9:00 AM drop-off window, but their grace period is completely inconsistent. Some days they’ll allow a few extra minutes—other days they’ll turn your child away without any empathy or understanding. They make zero exceptions, no matter the circumstances. I’ve witnessed families dealing with serious personal hardships (including the loss of a spouse), and this daycare still showed no compassion. As a working parent, flexibility, communication, and trust are non-negotiable—and unfortunately, this daycare fails in all three areas. I truly regret not pulling my child out sooner. Do yourself and your child a favor—look elsewhere.
I have been to a few centers but overall this is the first that was really well put together it can be challenging when dealing with parents somwtimes but as a team we pull together. Students are loved on & thriving each and every day. The center is highly recommended by other parents to bring their kids their for childcare or summer camp
Kiddie kollege has been a wonderful daycare for me an also both of my daughters for the last pass 10 years I love the learning skills an time everyone takes out with helping the kids An also each other.
