Kiddieland Ed Center Of Excellence II

I felt compelled to leave this review after seeing a recent negative comment, because it does not reflect my experience at this facility at all. I have two daughters who attend here, and my youngest daughter is Black. From day one, both of my girls have been treated with nothing but love, patience, and genuine care, as if they were the staff’s own children. I have never once experienced or sensed any form of racism in either of my daughters’ classrooms. The staff communicates clearly, appropriately, and consistently. If my children are ever absent, they reach out to check on their well-being and let me know how much they are missed, which truly speaks to how much they care. My oldest daughter has febrile seizures, and the staff is extremely attentive — they immediately keep me updated if she spikes a fever or if her behavior seems off. That level of awareness and responsibility gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. Mrs. Donna, the director, deserves special recognition. She greets my oldest with a hug every single morning, and she has gone above and beyond to support my family during some very difficult times. Her compassion does not go unnoticed. As a mother, especially of a Black child, I would never keep my children in an environment where they were not safe, valued, and respected. This facility has consistently shown us love, professionalism, and dedication, and I am truly grateful for the care they provide to my daughters.

I absolutely love this day care! I couldn’t have asked for a better place! Donna has been very kind and welcoming! She is always at the front door greeting each child and their parents as they come in! My daughter struggled at first but she has really come around! This day care has been absolutely amazing!!!

My son has been in this daycare for about a year and a half and unfortunately we moved and had to transfer him elsewhere. If not, he would definitely still be attending! The director Sam is SO amazing and trustworthy! Communication with her was very easy and fast. If any issues at all, she will do the absolute most for you and your child. The teachers are great and patient! My son had 3 therapists who would see him weekly and each one has shared with me how great of a daycare it is and how amazing his teachers are, especially Ms. Sandra. My sons therapists have all said how they can see all the effort and hard work Ms. Sandra puts in her class. My son has improved so much since being here. I’m very grateful for the staff. Your child is in great hands in Kiddieland!

My husband and I toured this facility in early 2017 to pick a place for our soon to be born daughter to start attending when she was going to be 3 months old. She is 7 now and delights in returning to see her old school where her brother who is 4 attends (and has attended since he was 5 months old). They do an incredible job here and many teachers have been here over 7 years including the lead of the baby room. Anyone who knows turnover in baby rooms knows this is a testament to the competence of the administration and the passion of the teachers. I can't recommend here enough. I'm honestly stunned by the comments in other reviews as someone who has been with the center for seven years (and knows at least one other family with similar longevity). Teachers are quite attentive on the playground and conflict between kids or (completely developmentally appropriate) tumbles are taken very seriously and reported to all parties immediately. Lastly to call the new director "the big lady" is rude and also shows you took no time to get to know her. The current director had big shoes to fill (Ms. Sam was a rockstar) and took a bit to settle in but settle in she has. She cares deeply about the center and it's educational rigor (which is Reggio Emilia style and a great prep for later grades).

I absolutely love this daycare. All of the staff and teachers are very hands on and communicate very well. Both my daughters love going to this daycare. I couldn't feel more comfortable and happier with this location for my children.
