What Parents Say
KiddieKlub receives overwhelmingly positive reviews from most parents who praise the caring staff, nurturing environment, and developmental activities. However, two negative reviews highlight serious concerns about infant care quality, staff communication, lack of parental updates, and unresponsive management.
This was an absolutely awful experience, especially as a first-time parent during the postpartum period. On our very first day, I was extremely emotional leaving my baby — which I understand is normal — and I was reassured I would receive frequent pictures and updates throughout the day. I did not receive a single update or photo. I spent the entire day anxious and distraught, making what was already one of my hardest postpartum days even worse. Instead of reassurance, I was repeatedly messaged that my son was “having an awful day” and asked for suggestions on how to care for him. As a new parent trusting a daycare for professional care, this was alarming. When I came into the classroom multiple times, my son was sitting alone crying, with spit-up all over him, while teachers were socializing across the room. The lead infant teacher lacked both experience and basic communication skills when speaking with parents. When I raised concerns with the director, they were dismissive and did not take accountability for their team. At that point, we completely lost trust that our son was being properly cared for. We ultimately had to switch daycares in under three months. To make matters worse, the center requires a 30-day notice to withdraw and does not allow you to use vacation days that you’ve already earned with tuition payments. We paid for a full additional month after withdrawing and only brought our son a handful of times out of pure necessity. If it tells you anything, we were willing to lose that money rather than continue sending our child here. I truly cannot believe families keep their children enrolled. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone, especially new parents.
As a parent and educator, choosing the right preschool felt like one of the most important decisions we’d make—and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of KiddieKlub. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth, safety, and genuine care that put us at ease. Our child has absolutely blossomed at KiddieKlub. The teachers are not only nurturing and patient, but they also bring so much creativity and energy to the classroom. Every day is filled with music, art, storytelling, and hands-on learning that keeps our little one excited to go back. We’ve seen incredible growth in social skills, confidence, and even early literacy—all while having fun! The communication from staff is excellent. We get regular updates, photos, and insights into what our child is learning and experiencing. It’s clear they truly know and care about each child as an individual. We’re so grateful to have found a place like KiddieKlub that feels like an extension of our family. If you’re looking for a preschool where your child will be loved, challenged, and celebrated—this is it.
I am sharing my serious concerns regarding Kiddie Club, where my grandchildren were recently enrolled. Our family has previous positive experiences with other professionally run daycares like Premier and Goddard. During the first eight days at Kiddie Club, we encountered several concerning incidents, including safety concerns where established policies were not followed. Furthermore, attempts to contact management to address these concerns were met with unreturned calls. Due to these unresolved issues, they had to withdraw our grandchildren from Kiddie Club. Unfortunately, the deposit was not refunded. Our grandchildren are now back at Goddard, and despite the longer commute, the situation is so much better. It is worth the extra commute to know the children are in the best care.
Didn’t have good experience at all. They don’t care as much about your child as they talk or make promises. Their policies are entirely self-serving, notably demanding a ridiculous four-week tuition deposit. They make it impossible to disenroll. Compounding this incompetence, they make frequent, silly administrative mistakes—like sending checks with the wrong amount and handing out torn and someone else’s swim suit while returning belongings. Think it through before enrolling.
My girls have gone here for 2 years and they LOVE it. They come home happy and excited to tell us about their days of playing and learning with their teachers and friends, and we love the staff and the owners. There are always fun events and activities for the kids to participate in (the library bus that comes to the school, pottery painting days, summer splash days, etc). The staff all truly care for our kids, and all of them are so sweet and kind to us, and our girls. Would recommend to any parent looking for a daycare that wants to feel at ease after dropping their children off each day!
