I would not recommend this daycare based on my experience. I paid over $4,000 for approximately three months of care and dealt with constant frustration from start to finish. The facility equipment appeared outdated and low quality despite the high tuition costs. There was frequent staff turnover, which created instability and poor communication. On multiple occasions, classrooms appeared understaffed and toddlers were combined with other age groups, which raised serious concerns for me as a parent. Staff presented themselves as supportive, but my concerns were often dismissed or left unresolved. I was also told by both a staff member and another parent that the center may have been experiencing financial difficulties, which played a major role in my decision to remove my child and seek more stable care elsewhere. After withdrawing my child, I experienced delays receiving required tax documentation and was contacted by attorneys regarding what was described as an “overdue” balance of $520. The entire process felt unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. Overall, this was an expensive and exhausting experience that did not meet basic expectations for quality childcare. I strongly encourage parents to do thorough research and ask very direct questions before enrolling.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kiddie Kottage over the last 4 years, The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make each child feel safe, supported, and loved. Our daughter has absolutely thrived here—she’s grown so much socially, emotionally, and academically thanks to their nurturing environment and thoughtful approach to learning. A very special shoutout to Mrs. Dawn, who is truly exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond, taking the time to understand each child's unique needs and making every day feel special. The bond she’s built with our daughter means the world to us. Her patience, creativity, and genuine care have made such a positive impact. It’s clear the team genuinely loves what they do, and it shows in everything from the engaging activities to the warm greetings each morning. We feel so grateful to have found a place where our child is not just looked after but truly known and appreciated.

Kiddie kottage has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my sons. My husband and I have had all positive experiences in the past 3 years my sons have attended. The teachers take great care of my boys and have taught them more than I could have ever imagined. Aside from the curriculum they’ve been taught mannerisms. How to respect others. I’m more than thankful for Kiddie Kottage. Truly a blessing. 10/10.

I love this school. This was my daughter first time going to school and I was nervous to leave my baby anywhere. I checked the reviews and it was nothing but great reviews from other parents about how fast their child was learning and how happy they were here. I called the school and talked to the director and after our conversation I was convinced this was the right choice. Immediately my daughter started and she loves going and she has also opened up and I can see the progress already. This was the best decision I could have made. It’s also a small setting so she adapted even better. All the teachers are sweet and everyone knows all the kids which it makes it better for when she switches classes as she gets older. She gets so excited when pull up to school in the mornings. You can tell she loves the school as well. Great job to the staff👍

My son has been at this center less than 2 months but has learned more in this short time then he did at his previous center he was at for a year and the half. My 3 year old is learning how to identify and write his letters as well as his numbers. My son’s teacher is Miss Dawn and she is truly amazing. She met my son exactly where he was and continues to do so. She is also very sweet. My son who doesn’t take well to new people or being dropped off at daycare, is always ready to go into school and doesn’t cry. The class sizes are very small and allows for a great learning setting with plenty of 1 on 1 time. If you want to get your money worth from a daycare where your child is going to be learning and excelling definitively give them a call.
