Kiddie Korral Academy INC

This place is very unorganized. I gave them Illinois action for children papers almost three months ago, and I haven't heard anything back from anyone I called consistently and could never get through I had to take a day off from work to actually drop in and the director wasn't available. FYI the Director of the company is never available. It sucks because no one can help or have any information to help out. You have to speak with the director only for any questions or concerns. NOTE; (The director is never available). So I finally received a letter for Illinois Children for action and they told me that I needed to have a birth certificate, pay stubs, and the daycare needs to fill out their part I don't know which part about that letter I was the most disgusted by, the fact that they didn't fill out their part of the forms or the fact that they indeed never turned in the birth certificate, pay stubs etc that I provided them with. I have yet til this day receive a call from the daycare to discuss anything. I have yet til this day receive my stubs or birth certificate. I am furious and I wouldn't recommend this Trap House to no one. This place gets no stars from me *04/29/2025 Soooooo… I see nothing much have changed with you guys there at Kiddie Koral lol. Why would you respond to a review from 8 years ago. Clearly I don’t need the services now. The only thing you can do at this point would be to return my children birth certificates that you guys lost almost a decade ago. Other than that find another post to do damage control on.

My son loves Kiddie Korral. He’s been at this center going on 3 years now. He’ll soon be leaving to attend big boy school but if it wasn’t for that he’d still attend here! My son is asthmatic and they keep me updated with any issues he may have and they also call me before giving him anything. My son feels safe here, he has friends, he loves his teachers, and he always has something new and exciting to tell me when I pick him up. I feel as though he’s very advanced, they do a great job teaching him. I work at a daycare center in Chicago myself, I’ve taken my son to work with me a few times before and he’d honestly rather go to Kiddie Korral so that is where he is.

The staff aren’t on the same page as far as what’s considered an emergency. Whenever I ask to speak with the director she’s never there. Some staff have an attitude as if I’m an inconvenience to them, well when I’m paying you my hard earned money I expect you to be professional and get answers instead of the run around. I already withdraw my daughter from the daycare. I hope things improved for them on their end ,of course my child will not be returning.

The director is condescending, she talks AT and not to you, she wasn't there during registration but expected me to know information that was never provided to me regarding payments. She also claims to never be available and at one of the other centers when you need to talk to her. Children are constantly sick. It should've been a red flag when one of the staff told me "COVID is over" when it clearly wasn't and still isn't. Sometimes cheapest is not always best.

Kiddie KORRAL is one of the best daycare in the Austin area my daughter went there up until 6 years old now my two sons go there the teachers are great when they see a problem with the kids they inform the parents as soon as possible, the teachers build bonds with the kids and really show them they care about them every morning the teachers have a smile or they face and be ready to work my sons love it there they teach the kids so much if you looking for a great day care this the place
