Had a very weird interaction with this agency. I called about a property listed by Mostafa. He was extremely kind and understanding during the call, and said he’d put me in touch with a lender. The next day, I got 2 calls from 2 different numbers to the one I originally spoke to him on. He had no idea who I was, and said he was trying to get back to everyone interested in the condo. I followed up with a text to the original number, and email, attempting to move forward, and was ghosted. Based on this interaction I’d never do a transaction with united brokers.
I dont have words to describe the help I got from Gabriel in the process of buying the house, from financial advise to guiding us thru the process. We could not had picked a better agent to purchase our first home. We got the help in Spanish which was a plus!
