The daycare overall is GREAT when it comes to teaching and learning, HOWEVER the staff seem to be less caring and attentive when it comes to my child's safety. There have been reoccurring incidents that were not properly handled and/ or falsely explained. There have not been any reassurance of what they will be doing to prevent things from happening again, not to just my child but to them all. It seems to me that going public will give them a bigger reason to improve because saying something directly does not seem to be working.

As someone who been at the daycare for 3 years, I dislike it, They went out of there way to BAN a toy cause kids argued over it. one of my friends was separated from me cause of a "bicker" that lasted a day. And he was throwing pinecones at a chain fence and a employee named "aunt joe" Threatened to call THE POLICE on a CHILD throwing PINECONES AT A FENCE! Previously said child literally had his tablet crushed by those little kitchen sets that completely broke his tablet. And the people who caused it was 2 little girls. And as the victim was crying in the bathroom the two girls GAVE THE CHILD HIS BROKEN TABLET LIKE WTH. And the two girls didn't even get a punishment. So this pathetic excuse of a establishment is terrible and wouldn't recommend. (This was before the 2020 shutdown and refurbish so keep that in mind)

My nephew goes there and the room he is in SMELLS!!!!!!!! My sister drops him off and doesn’t even get his own stuff back. The staff is not helpful. Also there is not a lot of toys for the kids to play with. The kids roll around on the floor!!! I think it’s just not a good place for my nephew to be.

My children have been attending this daycare for several years. I want to say that the TEACHERS are awesome and go out of their way to make a good experience for each and every child. I am so disappointed in the administration. As a working mother, I trust my children in the care of someone else for several hours a day. The least I could do for the teachers that care for them is buy them a $5 ornament. That being said, the owner of this business has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. I have heard her on occasions talk down to her employees. She expects them to act perfectly during her state inspections, but the same rules are never followed during other times. She even asked me to LIE on my child's application because she was 1 month shy of being a year old, and "they cant take children under 1 year of age." A few months after asking me to lie about my child's birthday, she accepted a 6 month old child into the 1 year old room. The teacher turnover at this establishment has been ridiculous!! I purchased ornaments for each of my children's teachers during November, and finally wrapped them on December 18. After leaving work on Dec. 18 I went to pick up my children and deliver those gifts. When I got to the daycare, the owner made sure to humiliate me in front of her staff about payment. My child was crying in the other room. I told her I would run to the ATM and get the money. She told me I could get the children AFTER I brought her her money. After returning from the ATM, the owner had already left for the day and obviously was not going to make a deposit with my money like she told me she was going to do. So I had just left my child crying for me to run to get cash for someone who was so disrespectful as to leave anyway!! I contacted one of the teachers via facebook and asked her could I bring her the gifts and she give them to the other teachers as well. She told me that would be great because she also had a homemade gift from my daughter to give me. Today, I met the teacher and exchanged the gifts. She said that she would give the other gifts to the teachers. About an hour later, this teacher messaged me and said that the owner had made the teachers GIVE BACK the gifts I sent for them! She wouldn't even allow them to have a small Christmas ornament from an appreciative parent!! On top of that, she gave my payment receipt to the teacher and asked her to give it to me so she didn't have to mail it. I called and spoke with the owner, asked her why she wouldn't allow the teachers to have the gifts. She very easily LIED to me (this is somewhat of a trend I believe) and said that "the teachers didn't want the gifts". Strange..... I then asked her about the receipt. I told her that the receipt was BUSINESS and should not have been given to a teacher to give to me. That she should have mailed me the receipt. She quickly answered and called me "ridiculous" and said that Kiddie Kollege was her business so anyone working there was also her business. After all of this, you know, I feel sorry for the teachers at this place. It is ridiculous that one unhappy person is able to ruin a whole experience for children and parents. I am SOO glad that my children will never be attending this place again. I just wish that I could pay the staff privately to watch my babies!

The receptionist was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL when i called to enroll six kids into day care. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!
