Kiddie Klubhouse Learning Academy

My son has been going her for a year and a half now. The staff is kind and competent, and 99% go the extra mile to love on the kids. My son sometimes has a hard time saying goodbye at drop off and nearly everyone makes the transition easier by enthusiastically welcoming him and distracting him from my exit. My son receives individual attention every day, and the communication between the staff and myself about his care is excellent. If I ever have a concern, they address it quickly and follow up with me about it. My son loves the staff here and can’t leave for the day until he hugs everyone he sees. Tacy and Alyssah make a big difference when he is upset at drop off by being excited to see him in the morning, giving him a big hug, and distracting him by asking him questions or getting him involved in an activity. Kassidy and Misty in the office give him a hug every day. Even though they aren’t directly in the classrooms, it seems they know every kid and parent by name. They have a routine and a learning schedule for every age, a nice area to play outside, and frequently have special activities for the kids. Every other Friday this summer, they’ve had a water themed bounce house that they play in multiple times a day. The classrooms are large and brightly lit, and have a diverse array of things for the kids to do. The facility is always clean, they kids get fruit and/or vegetables with every meal. They are the best day care in Mineral Wells, hands down.

If I could leave a 0 review I would. There’s a reason there’s constantly hate on fb regarding this daycare. My non verbal special needs son came home with a missing tooth. When I went back and demanded camera footage the owner yelled at me and said he had a good day. Due to his disability he can not feel pain. I brushed his teeth that morning and know he had all his teeth. I posted about it on Facebook and the owner kicked us out immediately due to the backlash. I have proof of everything. I have posted pictures and am chasing a legal actions. This place is the worst. I remember leaving him crying and his teacher (he’s turning 5 tomorrow) not doing anything to comfort him so I don’t need up leaving with him multiple times. He was only there for the summer yet they caused him so much damage and ptsd as we came from the shelter and a very bad situation. You’re only in good standing if you don’t bring their actions to light. Again I have RECIEPTS and recording of the owner yelling as my phone was on record. My son will use his tablet to tell you “clubhouse scary and hurt Me” I have bought so much for party’s ext for these people to also just give it away to other classes other than my child who when she wants another drink doesn’t get it wasting almost 100$ worth of my own money when other parents don’t bring things. A teacher when my child was sent home with a BLACK EYE (again receipts are available) messaged me while I was working telling me to call her. This place is full of hush hush secrets and it is not a safe place for your kids. I have EBERYTHING SAVED so they can’t say “it’s a angry employee or a parent who was told to leave “ my special needs son is a victim of this place and I won’t be silenced. I brought it to Facebook and they told us we could not come back. The owner is hiding behind everything and I won’t let another special needs parent be a victim like we were

We have had a great experience with Kiddie Klubhouse. Our son comes home happy every day and he is excited every morning when I drop him off. He's in the infant room and has always had plenty of attention and care while he's there.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DAYCARE!!!!!! If i could give this negative reviews I would. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!! My son was bit 7 times in the span of a week in a half and when i brought it up to Vickie, she looked at me like I was an idiot and did absolutely nothing. She made no attempts to stop the biting. There were MULTIPLE times I would come home to find my son bit and had to call up there and ask why I did not get an ouch report. And my son came home STARVING every single day. When I called up there, VICKIE CUSSED ME OUT AND STARTED SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS. I do not trust my child in her care so please do not trust yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well kept daycare no issues. Leslie&Vicky are respectful &as far as kids "starving" dont think so. Kids are always hungry because they are kids. 😘 i give this daycare 5 stars. 🙌
