Kiddie Kastle Child Care Center

I’ve seen an incredible improvement in my daughter’s learning, confidence, and happiness since she started at this center. The teachers are amazing — caring, patient, and truly passionate about what they do. They create a warm, supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their potential. What I love most is the variety of fun and educational activities they offer. My daughter enjoys art projects, music, story time, outdoor play, and many hands-on learning experiences that make every day exciting. These activities help her develop creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while having so much fun. Every afternoon, she comes home full of joy, The center also keeps parents informed and involved, which I truly appreciate. I’m deeply grateful for the dedication and love the staff show to each child. This daycare has not only helped my daughter grow academically and socially but has also made learning a joyful adventure. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews, but parents deserve to know what’s happening at this daycare. My experience has been completely disappointing and concerning. Every time I visited — during drop-off or pick-up — the environment was loud, chaotic, and disorganized. It never felt calm or nurturing for children. I eventually learned that my youngest daughter was being sent home in the same pull-up she arrived in. I had marked it discreetly to be sure, and when I brought it up to the director, I was told, “she isn’t peeing enough.” That response was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of basic hygiene care and attention. The staff frequently complained about children in front of others, often in Spanish, assuming no one would understand. I also received constant calls and texts during work hours about my daughter’s behavior — instead of addressing it through positive reinforcement or proper supervision, they would record her or take pictures, which only escalated the situation. The teachers and management seemed unprepared and unprofessional. I would not recommend this daycare to any parent who values safety, respect, and compassionate care for their child.

My kids have been going here since they were babies. They take great care of my children and love them like their own! They help my daughter with her homework and help her grow in her academic the best way they can and it helps her a lot! They work with me a lot when I need help with anything when it comes to my kids and are always there for them no matter what! They are safe, happy and enjoy being there! I’m so happy I picked them as my daycare, the first daycare I picked and stayed with the entire time! I wouldn’t change my decision at all.

My family and I love Kiddie Kastle. The teachers in the toddler room (as well as his former infant room teachers) balance learning and play beautifully. My son loves to go to school every day, and I feel so grateful knowing that he is happy and safe, growing in their care. I wouldn’t want him anywhere else!

My older kids never had to go to daycare, so I was terrified of sending my baby to any daycare. Every morning we walk in the door and my son (5 months) just grins from ear to ear. I can tell he feels safe and loved there and that's all that matters to me. The entire staff is friendly, I get updates often. I would highly recommend!
