Kiddie Kastle Academy LLC

My children have been going here for years. I am always confident that they will be looked after and provided with a variety of activities to keep them busy throughout the day. They focus on early childhood development and provide a safe learning environment. My children can tend to be hard to handle at times, however, the staff is very compassionate and able to calm them down. Ms. Heather is able to address challenges and come up with a solution immediately to keep all the children focused and at ease. The entire staff comes together to make it a fun learning experience, not only for the children, but for the families.

My daughter went to a lovely daycare. When I got a new job I wanted to move her somewhere a little closer to my work place, so we came to kiddie kastle. At first I was impressed. It's like a little school, with all the bells and whistles, plus they feed the kids and for a single mom, that's awesome. I noticed pretty quickly that my daughter did not want to go there. I thought it was just because it was a new place, but looking back, she never did that. She was always a kid that loved new places and new friends. After o ly a few weeks, we never went back. I picked her up on a Thursday night and heard her whispering to herself, profanities at that, which I do not.use. I asked her to repeat herself, and she told me that's what Miss Heather says to me. I'm like what? She said, "Stop banging you fu**ing head!!" So after some investigating, I found this is not the first report of abusive behavior from Heather, whom has a management position at the school. I realize people can get stressed with kids, but dropping the eff bomb to a 4 year old is never okay. Especially when you are getting paid good money to take care of her.

Seem to be focused on a goal to inform children and parents on success.
