I take my 1 year old son, 1 year old granddaughter and 2 year old granddaughter. My 7 year old went to the 23rd ave location before she was of school age. Veronica was my daughter's teacher and she is now the Director at the Camelback location. She is AMAZING! Her and her staff are very attentive and make me feel very comfortable leaving our little blessings there for the day. My son and my girls are always happy and clean. I have recommended her and Kiddie Care to many other parents.

This daycare is amazing. Always great hospitality and my kids enjoy talking about their favorite teachers. That's how you know they are in good hands and having a great time learning. Keep up the great work and thank you for playing a big role in my kids life by enhancing them in education.

My daughter was an infant when i brought her to Kiddie Kare and it was so awsome transitioning my little girl into the 1'ones room. My daughter has developed major skills and is well adapted to our routine. Even too excited! Thank you Kiddie Kare staff teachers and kiddos. amen

On 09/09/2023, my son fell on his hand "awkwardly". The called me 30 mins after the incident. The call they made it sound like not serious. When I showed up it was really serious. He ended up with an abscess with mrsa. He had 2 surgeries and was hospitalized for 5 days. He's only 5 years old. All they did is put an ice pack on it. I have a cps case they refused to notify cps, the police or anyone. And said everything is my fault and they don't have to report to anyone. Cps has been requesting for the incident report over a month and they refuse to respond. The staff didn't check on my child either. He was out for 3 weeks refused accommodations from the doctor. Along with my daughters socks have gone missing on 3 different occasions, they come home dirty, diaper changes last 15+ mins, no potty training inforced, and the lack of staff presence or staff very argumentative. I have been a parent for 7 years worst daycare experience ever. Staff has no accountability and u pay your child's transportation costs on top of des child care assistance. I talked to my cps worker on how the staff reported that I'm no longer at the facility a few days after removing my kids from there and told the case worker the truth along with calling the cps hotline the moment I did it. I do know that multiple people called in my son's injuries as to investigate as well. Because his injuries didn't make sense to what they caimed.

My child has been attending this school since 1 years old, and it has improved a lot since then. I liked when Fran worked there, but than again I think she did it for the money, now they have a whole new staff and it seems like they are teaching the kids, doing fun activities with them, and the kids get to play outside too. My only concern is making sure they are eating and the teacher is reminding them to eat their lunch. Another thing is they should be learning to write their names if they're in the room ages 3-5. They shouldn't be playing all day or running around. Some things I think need improvement is 1. Teach them to write and read 2. Make sure you check to see if they washed their hands and face properly 3. Make sure they drink lots of water and juice throughout the day to keep hydrated 4. Read them books, play games, paint things, send them home with their work they did for the day 5. I think breakfast should be served, it's fine that we have to bring them their own breakfast to eat but what if some parents forget or were running late 6. Snack time should not consist of cookies! They should eat some fruit and veggies along with a glass of milk. When I pick my child up from school everyday hands are dirty, face dirty, and doesn't look when I took them to school that morning. When it's the holidays, the kids should do some type of fun activity with arts and crafts. I am not sure of their daily routine but I think the teachers should start teaching them about science, math etc and participating with them. It should not be a daycare it should be a preschool. The place needs more cleaning and does smell after awhile. I just think a lot can be improved but it is coming together slowly.
