We could not have more positive things to say about our experience at Bright and Early in Niantic. We were lucky enough to get a spot at Bright and Early and we have loved our experience from the first day and so has he! Britney, the director, was immediately warm and welcoming when we came in for a tour. She made the process of getting enrolled quick and simple. She is always available and helpful when I call to check in on my son and is visible at the center. All of the teachers in my son’s infant room are also amazing. Mrs. Natalie is always so kind, comforting and understanding and goes out of her way to make sure my son has a good experience each day. My son is excited to get dropped off every day and the teachers have clearly worked hard at forming a bond with him because he is so happy to see them in the morning. We love that they do art projects, lots of socializing and play time and get outside even in the infant room. We also love the detailed end of the day reports that tell us everything he is up to throughout the day down to the amount of each meal item that he ate. I feel so comfortable sending my son to Bright & Early every day and I could not ask for a better childcare experience. I only ever hear positive things and Bright & Early in the community and my husband and I are proud to send our son there! I would recommend this daycare to anyone, it feels like more of a school than a daycare even at my son’s young age.
Our son attended Bright and Early in Niantic for three years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The school provided a warm, consistent curriculum that supported both social and emotional growth while helping him build meaningful relationships. His final year, led by the incredible Miss Hannah, was filled with care, structure, and hard work — all of which helped prepare him for the next step in his journey. We are truly thankful for the nurturing foundation Bright and Early provided.
Our son loves going to Bright and Early. We toured many schools in the area and Bright and Early is definitely the best around. Great teachers/staff and the new director, Britney, is doing a great job. The assistant director Lindsey is fantastic and Ms. Kelly is awesome. The school is clean, well maintained, and they do an excellent job of communicating with parents. Highly recommend.
Kelly, Lindsey and their entire staff are the best in the biz. Awesome facility and our son loves it. We are fortunate knowing our son is in good hands when we drop him off. They have great playground facility including a turf field and a large indoor gym/playroom that I haven’t seen in any other school in the area. They also send updates throughout the day so you can see what your child is doing.
My daughter joined B&E two months ago and absolutely LOVES it! From the moment you walk in you know the children are well taken care of, safe, and enriched. The staff is wonderful- they are respectful, kind, hard-working, and consistent! They genuinely seem like they love what they are doing and I can always count on positive, caring interactions with them. I have observed other programs where staff turnover is so high, and attendance so poor, that there are always different caregivers working with the children. That is not the case here!! I also love the curriculum and my daughter is thriving!! I highly recommend this center if you’re looking for childcare and early education!
