What Parents Say
Kiddie City receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents, with staff described as caring, personable, and effective at developmental milestones like potty training. Parents appreciate the owner's involvement, security measures, and parent communication. One complaint was raised regarding a safety concern with the van driver.
Very friendly and helpful. We struggled with potty training and after the first week at Kiddie city, he was completely trained. They know their stuff
My wife and i have used Kiddie City for 5 years for our son and intend to use them for at least 5 more years with the birth of our daughter. Every teacher personally cares about each child they take care of. The management is upstanding, reactive and personally involved in day-to-day operations to ensure the health, safety and well being of each child. I would and have recommended them to friends and family looking for quality and affordable child care.
I recommend Kiddie City to anyone looking for a high quality daycare for their children. The owner, Rich, as well as the staff are all very sweet, treating my children as if they are their own. My kids look forward to going everyday! I am so very happy I found them!
We went to go view the day and one of the senior staff was cleaning the common area floors during the children's nap time. The staff are very personable and same with the owner. Security is far above other day care centers in the local area.
Amazing staff! I feel like my child is in good hands while he’s there. Caregivers keep good communication with parents. I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else.
