I like the fact that Kiddie Academy is personal. They care to every child's needs separately not just as a whole. My daughter has been doing speech therapy for over a year now and she is coming along very well. Now if it weren't for a teacher at kiddie academy bring my attention to this matter, we might have caught it a little later and would have had to spend an abundance of time as appose to this semi short period. Kiddie Academy has accommodated my daughters speech therapist without interrupting her normal routine. The staff is absolutely amazing!

I waited a while before I could give an unbiased review of this daycare. I’m probably the only one brave enough to make a bad review, it seems like the other ones have been deleted and the only reviews on here are ones they ask or send you to complete while your child is enrolled there and of course you won’t give a bad star being there isn’t many daycares around the area. The owner of this daycare Dana is very controlling and confrontational. If you don’t listen or agree to what she says she will bully your child constantly writing up behavioral reports about anything she can think of to have it documented as a reason to give the boot until you are either tired of it and take your child out of the daycare or she finds a way to have them removed. This has not only happened to me but also to many other families who have had their children here. The turn over of employees is insane. They can’t keep staff members long enough to form relationships with the children besides a few. They play favorites not only with the parents of the children but also staff. During Covid one of the parents who worked at Safeway was bringing in Lysol spray which at the time was hard to get your hands on and her child who was a total monster wasn’t disciplined or treated as other children who misbehaved. AGAIN many other families pointed this out about said child. The owner only likes wealthy families and frowns upon single mothers and families living in poverty not up on the social platform/status. The environment at this daycare is very toxic and hostile. I ran into a previous staff member that is well known who told me she made up a lie to quit the daycare because she didn’t like how the owner was treating her child. Again, I waited to see if it was really my child or the daycare that was the problem and I have never had any complaints about my child at any other facility. They constantly increase the price of daycare and blame it on cost of living. They refused to open back up at regular time for closing to be at 6pm because they couldn’t pay for staff an extra 30 minutes yet paid for an entire new driveway/parking lot and several play areas for all ages, new hvac and new water fountain systems installed in each room all at once. My child repeatedly came home with multiple injuries including falling from the new jungle gym and broke his arm, the daycare refused to pay for my medical expenses. He was not being watched and they even admitted that certain part of the play equipment other children were falling through and getting hurt. The one good thing about this daycare is they provide food and snack, but at that rate the portions are very small-keep that in mind. I do not recommend this place and if you can find somewhere else RUN, this place caused me so much stress and affected my mental health because being privately owned the risk of them dismissing your child simply because they don’t like them was at an all time high. The owner thinks she can do and say what she pleases and can treat people any type of way. Courtney the manager was the nicest person I’ve ever met and you can tell she really is genuine and cares about her role and the children. I have more I can say about this place but I will hold off until needed.

I love sending my daughter here. I love knowing what she has eaten, played and done all day. They communicate issues, tantrums as well as achievements daily. I can verbalize my issues and they are addressed immediately. My daughter loves going to Kiddie Academy and that couldn't make me feel any better than it already does.

Excellent experience for my boy! The center was very willing to work with him and he enjoyed all of the staff that he encountered. The Pre-K program prepared him for entry into kindergarten! An organized, efficient, and most friendly staff! We will greatly miss them.

The best daycare in the area hands down. Dana and all of the teachers truly go out of their way to care for each and every child as if they were their own. I can not say enough great things about them. They always go the extra mile and do all sorts of fun things for the kids.
