Kiddie Academy Of Runnemede

My child been going there since he was an infant. The turnover for teachers is terrible. The front desk is terrible. Since they lost their director it has been Amess. They don’t understand safety policies and procedures. My child would come home multiple days with cuts and scratches with no explanation. After multiple meetings I had to report them to the state. Use to love this daycare in the beginning now I’m not sure what happened.

Kiddie Academy at Runnemede is an incredible child care facility. They truly care about your children and it shows every day. Our children are well prepared for school after attending here and all their strong foundational learning was due to the wonderful teachers here and their curriculum. I cannot say enough good things about this center and would recommend it to any parent. Both my son and daughter have attended for 3 years and we could not be happier. They provide healthy, nutritious, and FRESH meals daily for all of the children. There is hardly any turnover at all which shows how much the staff enjoys their work, the facility, and each other. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality child care!

My daughter attended kiddie academy from the infant room until preschool, and then my son started in the infant room but we had to leave because of the pandemic then ended up moving. But if not, we would still be there. The teachers and all staff were very professional and caring for the kids. This was truly a second family. Amanda the director was always responsive and did her best to meet our needs. I'm so grateful for the care my children received while there and would recommend them to anyone looking for childcare in the area.

I absolutely LOVE my son’s teacher as well as Amanda! However the front desk and end of the day workers are terrible! I was 10 minutes late arriving to get my son and was stuck in terrible traffic! I work crazy hours and I am a single mom. The notice said for every FIFTEEN minutes it’s $15 dollars! HOWEVER we were TEN minutes late. TWO workers had the audacity to lie and say they were closed today! A coworkers son goes to the same school. Come to find out they were never closed!!!! The lady who answered did nothing but stutter when I called to complain. I asked to speak to a supervisor about it and she asked me what’s wrong? Insane. My son LOVES going there. And if it wasn’t for Amanda and my son’s AMAZING teacher I would really take legal action. It’s so unfortunate that these two workers pushed to the point I had to leave a review… with how awesome Amanda and my sons teachers work and production is it’s really a shame these workers did that. Amanda did everything in her power to get my children approved for the state assistance. And really helped me tremendously. I feel terrible having to speak on this but I’m tired of the disrespect, attitude and lies from the after care workers!

I just toured here today for infant room and one year old room, both were beautiful!!! All children seemed engaged and happy to be there. This facility does so much child development and psychology research in order to insure great development throughout different stages! I love their non restrictive approach! Can't wait to send my daughter here 😁
