Your response speaks for itself… again see below. This daycare is dangerous for families in shared-custody situations. They failed to follow even the most basic safeguard by allowing our child to attend without first obtaining or reviewing a custody order, despite claiming to have policies requiring one. That alone shows a reckless disregard for parental rights and child safety. After one parent became involved, the staff suddenly manufactured “concerns” that had never existed, were never documented, and were never raised at any point prior. These allegations were not tied to any observed incident, behavior, or issue involving our child. The daycare abandoned neutrality entirely and engaged in parental disparagement and alienation, actively amplifying one parent’s narrative instead of remaining a neutral caregiver. This escalation went so far that they involved law enforcement over issues they themselves had never previously identified as a problem. No childcare provider should be inserting itself into family conflict, taking sides, or weaponizing authorities against a parent without factual basis. Their actions caused serious reputational harm, emotional distress, and unnecessary legal costs that no parent should ever have to endure from a daycare. What makes this worse is that they openly boast about serving many children from split households — yet demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, restraint, or understanding of how damaging their conduct can be. Parents should avoid this facility at all costs unless they are comfortable with a daycare that does not follow its own policies, does not remain neutral, and is willing to escalate parental conflict far beyond its role.

My kiddo went here for over 2 years with little or no incidents. Her teachers were great for the most part. The admin lied about an incident where she was injured and then gaslit me for several days when I requested to see the video of the incident. It took 3 phone calls with admin and the “owner” where I was given the run around and told that I wasn’t able to view this because of policies and contracts, which they were unable to provide documentation for. My child did not return and while I was interviewing other child care centers I asked about similar policies. Every single one was shocked and confused by this response. The child that injured mine had multiple other encounters prior to this but received NO additional attention or accommodation. The admin here is willing to deceive and turn a blind eye to it because it was easier for them. I would never recommend this place and I feel bad for the teachers because they are very sweet and caring for the most part. If your child is hurt and they try to have you sign an “incident report” don’t. They have to show you what happened to your child bc it’s almost definitely more severe than what they’re telling you. After 2 days of getting the run around they chose to show me the footage and attempted to leverage my kid’s continued attendance. “If we show you this will we still have a relationship” were the exact words. I was also initially told that the footage could only be shown to law enforcement or behavioral therapists, but not parents??!!! At no point did I suggest legal action but was told that I could “sue if I wanted” bc they were comfortable they did nothing wrong. The fact that they think they can talk you around showing you something directly related to your child’s safety and well being is insane. Making excuses and lack of transparency and accountability it’s scary at the least.

We love Kiddie Academy! The teachers and staff have been absolutely amazing. Our daughter looks forward to going to school EVERY SINGLE DAY. I can’t say enough good things about this daycare. We are extremely happy with our decision.

This has been the best experience I could have hoped for for our child. Picking out the right school was a difficult process for us but Kiddie Academy was an easy choice. A choice that has not let us down. The staff, the facility, and the convenience has been everything we could have wanted. Thank you for the continued devotion and care for our child. She loves school and we love that she's happy to be there every day.

We have been absolutely thrilled with the care and attention that our daughter has received at Kiddie Academy of Royersford. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and nurturing, creating a wonderful environment for her to learn and grow. The facilities are clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that have helped her develop both socially and intellectually. We couldn't be happier with our choice and we highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking!
