My son had attended Kiddie Academy of Reynoldsburg for a little over a year. He had a wonderful experience here. The entire staff was very caring towards him. I always knew he'd be well taken care of. I would recommend this daycare to anyone.
I can’t stress enough how angry and frustrated I am with Kiddie Academy of Reynoldsburg. This place is a masterclass in unprofessionalism and chaos. The teachers not only have a constant attitude problem, but they’re also consistently rude and dismissive. It’s like they have zero respect for parents and even less for basic organization. Every single time they ask for paperwork, they act like they’ve never seen a form before. You hand in what they request, and then a week later they’re confused and demanding something else entirely, as if you never gave them anything. It’s a never-ending cycle of incompetence. If you want to feel like you’re banging your head against a wall every time you need a simple process handled, this is the place for you. In short: I’m beyond fed up. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This level of disorganization and disrespect is just unacceptable.
good for the most part, however I strongly recommend only hiring employees with experience aka graduated with a masters or bachelors. you’ll have less complaints because educated individuals have the common decency and credentials to professionally communicate with adults and know how to handle different stages as far as child development.
My daughter has been going here for a while and I can honestly say she loves it and I do too. There has been little to no issues and anytime there were the communication is always there. Ms Tonya works very well with my daughter and has been a blessing
Not good teachers, dismissive of EVERYTHING, my child got hurt in here and instead of calling me and letting me know prior, they waited until I came to pick him up. My child Lost so much of his stuff and every time we would ask they would just dismiss us. Don’t think its normal when your child loses more than 4 stuff. I’M TELLING YOU, DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE
