Kiddie Academy Of Irvine

Please disregard Doug Owen’s negative rating. After clicking on his profile, it is clear that he rates most businesses with one star. My children have attended this Kiddie Academy for about five years now. My daughter is five, which means she has grown through every milestone here. The love, care, and support she has consistently received are more than we could have hoped for. We recently enrolled her in Pre-K at Culverdale, believing it would best prepare her for kindergarten next year. We quickly realized that was not the case. Academically, she has learned so much at Kiddie that she is already ahead of her peers. Even more important, her social and emotional development has truly thrived here, and that is something we found unmatched. Because of this, we are pulling her from Pre-K at Culverdale this Friday and re-enrolling her at Kiddie Academy in Ms. Kathleen’s class on Monday to support her transitional kindergarten needs. My son is autistic with co-occurring ADHD, and as a parent of a child with special needs, finding a safe and trustworthy environment is incredibly difficult. His nervous system challenges can lead to meltdowns, tantrums, and at times self-injurious behaviors. The way the staff, especially Sarah, supports and responds to him with patience, understanding, and care genuinely means the world to us. Watching someone meet your child where they are with compassion is something no parent ever forgets. Lastly, as a LGBT person of color living and working in Irvine, it can sometimes be hard to find an environment that feels truly welcoming rather than simply accepting. At Kiddie Academy, we do not feel like clients using a service. We feel like family. We are beyond grateful for this community and the role it has played in our children’s growth.

We absolutely love this school! From day one, we felt welcomed and supported. The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and it’s clear they truly love what they do. My daughter has grown so much emotionally and socially since starting here. She’s happy to go to school every day, which gives me so much peace as a parent. The environment is safe, clean, and nurturing, and communication with parents is always clear and respectful. I’m beyond grateful for this school and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving and trustworthy place for their child.

Our little one loves going to daycare. The support staff have been very helpful and almost spoils her. So we know she is in good hands. She learns so much from her teachers that it always surprises us when she does new skills at home and follow directions well. 10/10 recommend

I have had my kids enrolled at Kiddie Academy for almost 7 years started when they were just babies and now attend for after school program. I love the bond that they have formed with the teachers there and they see "Kiddie" as they call like a second home with teachers who treat them like family and love on them always. They are so happy to spend time with their friends and especially love the summer program and all the activities they get to be involved in. They are always excited when they have a day off from their public school and get to spend the whole day at kiddie and never want to go when I come to pick them up.

Let me start by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this school, our family has been with this school for 3 almost 4 yrs even after we moved out of the area I didn’t change there school because I know my girls are well taken care of here. I’ve never stressed on sending them to school I’ve never wondered if there going to be okay while at school. This school is absolutely amazing they take the time out with your child and they will make sure all of there needs are met even if they have to switch thingss around in the class for your child’s needs they will. The staff is amazing here I feel like every single one of them truly is in this because they care about the children . My children have loved every teacher they have ever had and when they move up classes they do it slowly and make sure the child is actually ready. We’ve had some hard times as well and this school has been in our corner every step of the way for that and has been beyond understanding. If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Love love love this school.
