Kiddie Academy Of Hilltown

Unfortunately I feel that this school is nothing but a joke, I had two kids attend there two different years, my first child with no issues, my second child was a different story, he was not one for yet napping and ended up in tears everyday, I asked that they please separate him and have him somewhere and not disturb the other sleeping students, but they refused and reprimanded him everyday for not taking a nap, with my first child leaving the school district, they gave me a report of his learnings for his new kindergarten teacher and when I asked for this for my second child they just kept ignoring me. I called several times I could not get anybody to return my phone call, not to mention that my child had photographs taking that I paid $80 for and I've been trying to get them for 2 years now, and I keep getting the run around, they are constantly changing owners and teachers? And the lady in the office is now refusing to give me any information to contact Tom which was the recent owner which apparently has my son's pictures, she wants reprimand me for not picking them up when I was waiting for the teacher Ms. Renee to give me a report for my son, she refuses to give me an email and or a phone number to reach out to Tom. I asked if she could reach out and have him contact me which she also says she cannot do, she asked me to email her gave me an email which apparently is not her email that I've been emailing for the last 6 months....... If you're considering this school, please consider somewhere else that is more organized and has their stuff together! I guess I'm not supposed to be upset that the memories of my child's preschool years is now sitting in a filing cabinet in somebody's office that I absolutely cannot get in touch with!

My grand daughter attends this school and she absolutely loves her teachers and her school mates. I have the honor of dropping off and picking up whenever our daughter needs a little extra help.... And, whenever we just need some extra grand daughter time. LOL It is clean, secure, well lit, with an extremely fun yet professional atmosphere. Our newest addition to the family will be starting here soon as well. Nicely done Kiddie Academy!

Terrible school. They put sleeping stickers on the kids, and they treat kids of color differently. If you’re thinking about sending your kid here, don’t. I would give this 0 stars. They even treated a former teacher, Mrs. Angel, terribly because she is a person of color. Terrible school.

We love Kiddie Academy of Hilltown! Both of my kids attend preschool and young preschool. They Are always excited to go and run in to start their day. All of their teachers are thoughtful and loving. We really feel like family there. The teachers make sure to send lots of pics and videos throughout the day and even come out to talk to me and give little updates on how the kids are doing. High recommend if you’re thinking about sending your kids here.

I had so much anxiety as a first time mom putting my 12 week old into daycare. Miss Sue let me sit in as long as I wanted on her first day which was very helpful! I love Miss Heather and Miss Sue and our daughter sure seems to as well! I love the Tadpoles app that allows me to see photos of my little one throughout the day and then a report of her meals, diapers, etc. at pick up. They are clean, professional, and at least in the infant room can say they truly care. Very happy with our decision to use Kiddie Academy!
