There was no clarification at the start regarding the finances and how the schedule works.. We started daycare from Wednesday to Wednesday.. They never clarified that the weekly payment starts from Monday not from the exact day when we start. so my money just got wasted. My daughter went just for two days and I paid for a week…. very rudely they denied to take my daughter when this Miscommunication happened.. I had specified that my daughter will come only for two weeks a month because I work that way. She never clarified that I have to pay for the entire month.. My daughter being bilingual and outside the culture was ignored initially until I let them know to involve her.. There was no outdoor activity for last few weeks.. I would recommend to specifically clarify everything before you start this.
I absolutely love this daycare. They have a very welcoming environment and everyone is so friendly. My son loves the teachers and he did great in their VPK program and excelled extremely well in kindergarten. My son loves the playground, and the lunch they serve there. They look out for your kids and I have never had a problem with them in the years I have been there . I highly recommend this daycare for your child.
Love the ladies at Kiddie academy, they take care of my baby girl so well. Shes in the infant class. And I know it can be scary at first, but She’s always all smiles when i drop her off and when I pick her up and They’ll let me know if they have any concerns, if her day was off, when she had a great day, ect. They treat your babies like their own. I’m so happy my baby goes here.
I loved Kiddie Academy and will recommend to anyone wholeheartedly. I have 2 kids and I have experience with a number of daycares, Kiddie Academy is hands down the best in my view. I always felt that the staff cared about the kids, understood the needs of each one, they were very polite and accommodating to the families. I also love that they have cameras though which I could see my son anytime in the daycare. Now that my son is grown up, he is not in daycare anymore, but Kiddie Academy will always have a special place in our heart. I love you Mrs Judy, Mrs Nikki and all the other awesome staff.
This is by far the best daycare in Gainesville! I love that we can check in on camera whenever we miss seeing our little one. Feels clean, safe and most importantly like family!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
