Kid City Usa - Sanford

My daughter went to school here and was extremely neglected. They allowed her to walk around for weeks with urine or bowel movement on her. Every time I picked her up she looked terrible. Her clothes were always getting stolen and they don't care about what you spend on them. My child also always came home hungry and she didn't learn much there either. The staff are a bunch of young girls or older women that don't want to be bothered with kids. Just a terrible place overall. Quality of care has significantly changed. Took my child out of there asap. Parents beware.

This daycare is HORRIBLE....They claim to want to help your child with a problem but instead ostracize them and treat them different. My son is 2 years old and literally one of the directors stopped speaking and greeting him in the mornings. They called me EVERY SINGLE DAY telling me my 2year old mind you did something wrong...Marisol who is the main director is NEVER there and had the audacity to kick my 2 year old out because of what who she left in charge said. We spoke about therapy for my son, I filled out the paperwork and I heard nothing more. I was promised that they would have a professional evaluate where he is in his learning development when he started in June...guess what NOTHING....but hewas kicked out. Nothing is consistent. My son had 8 teachers in 5 months. There has been about 5 different office administrators. My son was ALWAYS sick even was hospitalized for a Respiratory infection and mind you he hardly ever got sick. There's NO central air in the classrooms so it very humid in there. They have some type of blower mounted on the wall that's beyond loud attempting to cool the room. My son use to come home with different projects that he did but it completely STOPPED. He hasn't come home with anything in 3 months. The only educational thing he has learned was "A" is for apple....non of the other alphabets were introduced. So if you want your child to learn....this is not the place!I would not recommend this daycare to my dog! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A -1000000....

I would like to start by saying thanks so much to the staff and teacher. They all treated my kids like their own with care and loved. To Ms. Violette you are gold, fantastic, and dedicated teacher thanks so much for teach my childrens they learn so much. I'm sad this places closed I fell so comfortable knowing that my children were there.

We thought it was odd that our child cried every day before school. He didn't do that at his last daycare. It was also a little weird that his diaper was dirty every single time we picked him up. The reason we eventually took him out was one day my wife goes to drop off our son and the two year old class is completely unattended. My wife sat there for 15 minutes with all these babies crying for their mommies before someone showed up. So... yeah. This place isn't just bad; it is dangerous.

The worst day care ever. If you love your children do not send them here. They used alcohol wipes on our baby who had diaper rash. The teacher to student ratio is horrible. Children filthy when picked up, they would not listen to us on what to feed the baby. Teachers will gossip about each other and other children during parent pick up. Kids would hit each other while the teachers had backed turned and we had to break it up. When we transfered our children out of this facility they called DCF with false claims. They would claim our children had medical problems only to take them to a Pediatrician to find out nothing was wrong. They will charge you for things that you already paid for or provided. Again, do not send your children here.
