⸻ ⭐ ZERO STARS. Worst daycare experience I’ve ever had. This place is absolutely terrible. The staff is lazy, inattentive, and completely unprofessional. My daughter was repeatedly left sitting in poop or put in a pull-up even though she’s fully potty trained. She wears one at nap and they couldn’t remember to put it on her half the time. They wouldn’t wipe her, wouldn’t help her in the bathroom, and acted bothered by even the simplest tasks. I had to constantly call and email throughout the day just to get basic updates through their “Procare” app because they never bothered to communicate. For a place that advertises safety and communication, they couldn’t even handle the bare minimum. I had to threaten to report them to the state before anything improved — and that “improvement” lasted all of two days. My daughter came home with injuries, fire-ant bites, and bad habits from kids who were clearly not supervised. Half the time it genuinely felt like no one was watching the children at all. Instead of telling me if she had an accident, they would just throw her underwear away. And when I unenrolled her, they didn’t even return the rest of her pull-ups and wipes. This daycare is careless, unsanitary, unorganized, and flat-out untrustworthy. Do NOT send your child here. Protect your kids and find a place that actually cares.

We have had a great experience at Kid City Crystal River. The teachers and director have been kind and welcoming. We love Ms. Krystal because she always welcomes our baby happily, with a warm smile, even early in the morning! We also love the app they use to update us with pictures & notes, so we know exactly what our child is doing throughout the day.

I recently switched my son from Caterpillar Clubhouse and could not be happier with the decision. The difference has been incredible! They have an in-house cook who prepares healthy meals—no more packing lunchboxes, which is a huge relief. The staff are absolutely amazing. They even wash the kids’ laundry! I was surprised when I noticed his clothes weren’t sent home, and when I asked, I was simply told, "Oh, we do that!" It really shows how much they care. We get daily reports about his activities, meals, and overall progress. Communication is consistent, thoughtful, and tailored to my child’s needs. I would absolutely recommend this childcare center to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing, and truly supportive environment for their child.

My son absolutely loves it here. And the teachers are phenomenal. They really do go out of their way for their students in their class! And I love that breakfast, lunch and snacks are included. Ms Katie makes such amazing food for the kiddos. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

My sweet little princess has been going to this daycare for over a year now. The new director is absolutely amazing!! And I’m super impressed with all the wonderful changes they have made to the daycare. Her teacher Mrs. Debbie goes above and beyond for her class. And I truly see how much she loves her job and those beautiful angels she looks after. When my daughter is excited “to go to school” and tells me who she’s excited to see. Makes me super comfortable that I picked the right place for my princess to learn and grow. Thank you so much to the entire staff. I know my family appreciates you guys, like many others do.
