I had my child in this daycare for about 1 month & he is 11 months old. I dropped him off Friday morning, he had two mosquito bites from the night prior (Halloween) looking absolutely normal, when it was time to pick him up, he had this huge bump on his forehead, my son didn’t even look like my son anymore. I was livid, as any other mother would be, I thought the absolute worst, i was told by the teachers that I had dropped off my son looking like that, that same morning which is far from the truth & they know it. I call every single day to check on my son, I have calls, pictures from the night before, & calls from that same day to clarify he looked normal. The morning teacher can clarify my son looked absolutely normal when dropped off. I was not once notified or called about a concern or an incident report. If they even cared about the children & claim I dropped off my son that way, as a daycare or cooperation, they should’ve called me to verify their concerns, not conclude that my son had a mosquito bite infection. I rushed my son to the hospital after picking him up. I would NOT be making this a big deal if I was at least notified my son did not look well. The problem here is they never take accountability & always fail to notify parents about an incident or any concerns. i have walked in on teachers talking horribly to these kids as well. & I’ve stated my concerns about things I saw them do with me being present. I already had doubts about this daycare & they didn’t fail to prove me right. This is definitely a learning experience. & would never recommend this place to take your children. The director (Veronica) is very unprofessional & is very insincere when I did nothing wrong here except trust them with my babies childhood.
They DO Not notify any parent of any kind of situation. They will let their day pass without giving a dam if a baby or child got hurt under their care. This daycare should be removed or banned. Sending a 10 month old baby home with a big old bump right in his forehead and not reporting right away. Is not okay!!!!
I’ve had my 2 oldest going on 9years now. Haven’t had any problems everything well reported on time. Now in 2023 I have 4 children under their care and I must say.. They are very attentive and compassionate and treat my children as if they are their own. Always greeted as I walk in and as I exit. Teacher are very excited to see my children walk through their door with a big smile on their faces. The teachers are amazing and nice. My children love daycare and not once have they stayed crying that they don’t want to be there. A huge thank you to Ms. Luz who makes delicious food and serves for our children to fill their stomachs <3 my children love saying hi to her and running up to her for a hug and she’s always so nice! Overall, I would recommend them to anyone in need of safe and reliable learning environment! Great location, safe location (fenced and parking area.. away from street) The director (Vero) is very approachable very respectful and understanding. This is just the best day care ever! . I have never had a problem with any of the staff or owners. Check it out!! opens 24hours 7days a week! For Daytime, Evening, & Graveyard employees.
My children have been attending Kidbridge for a while. And I am very grateful for the service they provide. Front desk is very friendly and understanding. Mrs. Veronica is always very attentive when answering my questions or concerns. She is quick to let me know of anything in regards to my children. Both of my children love being with their teachers. When I pick them up, they are clean and changed Every time. Building is clean well kept no complaints. Staff is very responsible and accommodating when I leave instructions of care. I have no complaints only appreciation for this facility. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
My daughter has been attending Kidbridge Academy since she was 4 months old. She is 2 years and 5 months now. I absolutely love this daycare!!! My daughter loves learning and interacting with the staff. My daughter is 2. She knows her colors. She is learning her numbers in English and spanish. Teachers, admin and Director (Vero), are very attentive and address any concerns I've had since my daughter started to attend Kidbridge. My daughter has had her share of falls, scrapes, trips, etc. What kid is not going to get hurt? I automatically receive a text/phone call with photos advising of what happened, along with a report I need to sign when I arrive at the daycare. My daughter runs to the teachers and greets them with a big hug, smile and a cheerful, "HIIIII", every time she arrives. I have nothing but good things to say about this Learning Center!!!!!!
