What Parents Say
Keystone Early Learning Academy receives overwhelmingly positive feedback, with most parents praising the caring, attentive staff and educational approach that keeps children engaged and happy. However, one parent reported a serious incident involving inadequate feeding, false documentation, and lack of attention to their infant.
By far the best teachers! My Teresa Miss Ellie, Miss Emily are just some of our favorites. The days are full of fun and learning all types of things. My daughter learned to write her full name and going into Kindergarten, I am told she aced the testing and is well ahead! My daughter has been having some very rough days due to routine changes and they have been the best guiding me through!
The staff in the younger room is always attentive, and our baby is very happy here. Our baby looks forward to going to hang out with their classmates and teachers every day, and the teachers always give us a detailed report of the full care received each day. Would recommend this daycare based on the Caterpillar room (baby room) experiences.
For full transparency— my children were never enrolled in this center. We went for a tour, and care for my 2.5 year old was, essentially, denied. Because of my son’s sensory seeking behaviors and needs, they weren’t sure if they could “keep him safe” there. This was determined after the director spent 5-6 minutes in a room with my son and I. Disheartening to say the least.
Parents I urge you NOT to choose this facility as your provider. The director is extremely negative and they pick and choose who they want in their childcare. I had my child their for a couple of months and pulled her out as soon as I could. Every morning at drop off I was greeted with a putred smell of filth, and every day at pick up my child was very dirty...when I say dirty her socks were black, under her nails full of crud all of her cloths pretty much ruined. The teachers are not qualified to handle a meltdown which all kids between the ages of 3-5 will have them, and when one happens be sure to leave work early as they will call you to pick them up and not refund any time missed! My child has a small disability which does not interfere with her daily activities or behaviors but the daycare isolated her and made me and my family feel HORRIBLE. This place should go out of business merely on discrimination against disabilities. To the owner.... The family member that wrote this review wanted to stay anonymous so they typed in my account. They are currently filing an discrimination case against you.
I would not recommend this place. My kids didn’t seem happy after begin there 6 months. They was telling me teacher was hitting and pulling hair I told the director and she seemed like she didn’t care ,much wasn’t done the very last time my child told me a teacher hit her I pulled them out quickly. The director looking at me like I or my children were lying as she was Smirking in my face ! I’ve heard elsewhere there are teachers who pull children’s hair and are mean to the children I do not recommend!!!!! There should be no reason at all for a child to come home and say teachers are touching them
