I never had such a terrible experience with a daycare until I put my children in Katy trail children’s Center. I’ve had to fill out multiple incident reports for my daughter, she comes home so hungery like she hasn’t been fed the whole day. Finally I made the choice to remove them for the daycare today. One of the employees sent me disrespectful messages asking me to go ahead and pick my children up instead of letting them finish out their last day. Then proceeded to send my daughter to the nursery instead of letting her hangout with her friends for the last day.
My sister overhead the daycare staff talking horribly to another kid. She also had to sign multiple incident reports, it just got suspecouis. Everytime she picked up the kids they acted super hungry like they weren't being fed properly. When my sister finally decided to take them out as her new job provided daycare, the staff was extremely rude to her, and packed up my nices things and put her in a isolated room from everyone else tell she got there. If you care about the safety and well being of your children, do not send them here!!
My daughter has been going here for over 6 months now, and absolutely loves it! I have never had issues with this facility, or the staff at all. Please don’t believe everything you read online, and if you have questions please feel free to ask the facility. Also, every single state inspection is listed online. Have a look, and see that there is NOTHING to hide, before bashing someone’s business that you know nothing about.
My kid loves it here! The staff is amazing and I never have to worry that his needs are met. He's special needs so it's been hard to find a facility that can keep up with his ever evolving needs until we got here.
My niece attends here and loves it. I enjoy seeing pictures and am so thankful that she goes to such a wonderful place while my sister works!
