I highly recommend Karnak Creative Child Care! I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. My son has an IEP for speech delay and since attending Karnak his vocabulary has blossomed and his speech has improved immensely. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Lindsey, Michelle, Laura and Kayla. Their hours work great with my crazy work hours: I just love this place!
This place is horrible please do not let your children go here they do not care about them. Sadie allows people to work here that tell kids they will kick them in the mouth if they touch their feet on accident. She allows her staff to lose kids! She allows her staff to tell kids no more food when they are still hungry. She allows her staff to yell at kids all day long. She forgets to call parents when things happen because she don’t want to play the guessing game on what happen this is not an safe day care for children to be at please listen to the reviews Saide will also get her boss to get reviews taken down if she feels like people shouldn’t know what really goes on in this place She allows 1 years to eat raw rice out of a bin while the teachers are not watching them.. please stay far away from here listen to all the bad reviews Also they have talked about renaming this place because of all the bad reviews but it would still be the same people working here
My wife and I have both of our younger sons enrolled in Karnak and our two year old has learned so much. Everyday he is coming home and singing new songs, asking to paint pictures, and using new words. He really enjoys his class and having friends. Our youngest is 6 months old and the infant teachers are AMAZING. I mean I’ve never seen an infant room so immaculate. His teacher Kara keeps everything so tidy and sanitized we never ever have to worry about him in her care. Leaving children with new people is never easy but Karnak has made it a much smoother process.
I have to say it was a rough start, but when the new Director started there was a great change in environment. My son loves his class, even though there have been two different teachers both were amazing. Anytime I have had a concern I spoke with Sadie and she was very active on fixing the issue. I enjoy the app that they provide, I feel great relief knowing what is going on with my son throughout the day. The building is always clean and the kids are always doing some kind of activity.
