My experience was okay the Teacher was very friendly the staff was friendly as well My child got hurt at the daycare center , it was reported to me over the phone I also had my contract terminated my child was unenrolled days after the State went to go investigate the case matter very unprofessional for the owner to do this to my child as much as safety should be enforced I was removed hours before I knew she’d terminate my contract I was asked to pick up my child due to excessive crying. Not a great way to remove an innocent child from her daycare ! Workers are very Kind just the lack of compassion for my child getting hurt from the Owners point of view! This was my child’s first daycare so of course it takes time to get adjusted to a new environment Lack of professionalism to cancel my Contact I really liked all the staff , it’s not my fault the Investigation is being handled as any child should be prevented not to get hurt ! Also the baby gate needs to be Removed & replaced for a NEW one ! It’s broken & any child can exit through! Safety is always #1 I’m happy to go find a new Daycare for my Innocent child Beware of the Owner she will close the doors on you if you speak up also, I will say that whoever bagged up my child’s belongings, diapers, blanket and personal clothing was just thrown inside of a cheap plastic bag. I wasn’t even allowed to walk in the daycare to come collect our stuff it was so disrespectful to stand at the door, the manager, and not even let me come in to collect my child’s belongings. We were treated like we were nothing take your belongings and take the letter. The owner doesn’t want to speak to you how disrespectful no one deserves to be treated in this type of manner the same way that I was welcome to walk in and do a tour. I was not even allowed to enter the premises be aware of this daycare facility. It’s not professional. The owner is unprofessional. The manager is unprofessional. They discriminate you instantly as soon as you report them this is not a positive way to carry someone that was paying you money to even bring their own child here. Hopefully they stop this nonsense before it gets into more people complaining GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Staff gross they look nasty especially what they like to call “management” it’s a daycare I know but PJs while working… dressing nice and looking like you care about your job and the kids would be nice. Nasty they cook in what is a closet basically there is no actual kitchen that I could ever see. The kids always look like they cry no one seems to care that their faces are dirty. I just I don’t like it, if I’m meeting my kids daycare teacher or supervisor and they are in PJs I take it as if they hate their job and don’t care.

I would give this daycare zero stars if possible. My kids were enrolled less than two days. The staff seemed nice enough originally, which makes my experience that much more disappointing. When I picked up my two sons after work, both had marks on their bodies. The older one (in the 2 year room) had red marks all over his face/neck, and when asked where they were from, the teacher had no idea. When I got my 1 year old, he had been bitten hard enough by another child that his skin was broken. There had been no efforts to contact me, no incident report filed, nothing. They also had my younger son strapped into a bouncer and screaming. He was way too big to be placed in a bouncer. He's been walking and running for months so there was no need for him to be in one other than that the woman watching him was too lazy to chase after him. I sent them back the second day against my better judgement. When I got to work, I told a coworker where they were and she told me she had previously worked there. She quit and withdrew her daughter because the woman in charge of the 1 year room was known among the staff to smack the babies in the back of the head if they were too loud or troublesome. I have no clue how true this is, however I decided to stop by the daycare around 11 to see what the kids were doing. The front door was locked and I called the daycare multiple times. It took almost 15 minutes to contact someone and be let in! The entire time I was waiting, I was knocking on the door as loudly as I could and calling. It was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly makes me wonder what was going on inside with my kids. I took them home and never took them back. Everything I wrote about happened in less than a day and a half of them attending.

Being that I was a director of a daycare I know the ins and outs of how it is ran. My granddaughter came home Friday with a pull up on that had not been changed at all and had poop stains badly. Also the way my daughter works she drops her off around 12 in the afternoon or so and they are complaining that’s she can’t bring her because she doesn’t nap like the other children. First of all she isn’t required to take a nap but as long as she lays or plays quietly you are to care for her. Worse daycare ever. What are you teaching these kids? Not much.

I am writing this in the hopes that any parent that is considering this daycare facility will first read this. I personally witnessed the 12 year old daughter of the director, Ellen Harshman, kicking a little girl (3-4 years old) in the stomach. This happened while the "teacher" was in the room; she did not respond to the situation at all. When I bought this to the director's attention, she stated "what do you want me to do?" She tried to convince me that her daughter was playing. I questioned whether the little girl's parent knew that this is how she is treated. She then went on to insist that I did not like her daughter and stated why am I doing this to her. This was the first and only day my daughter was in this facility. I have no reason to dislike anyone here. I saw something wrong and I reported it. I will not take my one year old back there. If they believe this type of treatment of a child is playful, what else will they allow to go on? This facility should not be rated at all.
