Kama'Aina Kids Piilani Infant/Toddler Center

My granddaughters been going to Kamaaina Preschool for 4 years, and there been so much changes. But overall, the staff been very respectful and I was able to talk to Stacy Clark about concerns I had. My grandbabies loves their teachers, especially Ms. Kelly before she left. Ms. Tricia is awesome she makes sure that our children get their nutrition every day, and now she took the place of the Mano class teacher. She has made a big impact with the older group. Today, we had our Spring brunch and it was amazing. My granddaughter has learn to be more dependent. Thankful for Kamehameha Scholarship our girls were able to get a great experience

This is a good place to leave your child if you need to have someone to watch them. It is good place for your child to play with other kids. Play is probably the most important part of this school. Our little girl who is four has actually regressed in her learning. This is after eight months of being there. She still cannot spell her name. Previous to school, she was already starting to read some words when she was at another school which closed down. Her classroom size is 24 and there are two adults. Also this school provides meals which consist of processed food, lots of starch, and sugar. Nutrigrain bars with high fructose corn syrup are part of the breakfast menu. I am not happy with this school because it is expensive - $840 per month, because it lacks supervision, lack of learning, and children are fed food that very healthy. Often the fruit and vegetable they get comes from a can, as a result of this, our child has problems with constipation. I would not recommend this school to anyone unless you are desperate. There is a waiting list.
