I've been a client for KYC's housing services for a few years now. They stopped working with me consistently about 2 years ago, despite me still living here. They have not fulfilled many of their promises for services, especially as I am now moving out. I had filed a complaint in the past over unethical treatment and was ultimately dismissed, despite communicating how painful this was for me as someone with an extensive trauma history, including with therapists and case workers. They do not mind if people fall through the cracks; they do not see it as their problem.

I attended regularly when I was a teenager and am gay and it quite literally saved and shaped my happy queer life today! Very recommended to any and LGBTQ+ teens and young adults and their allies and siblings and friends. My brother sometimes went went with me even though he's straight but very open minded.

Gay and amazing it’s safe and well run. The people there are super nice and the staff always have a listening ear. 10/10 would recommend to all gays, trans, curious and allies

I will forever be thankful for what this place has done for my children and countless others. The people who work here and literal earth angels 😇 ✨️ they make magic happen here. People are free to be themselves. My relationship with my children has only grown stronger since I found this place for them. Thank you so much kyc.
