I've waited a while to leave this review but upon seeing others. I'm gonna. I enrolled my 4yo here. She attended for a week. Red flags everywhere. Missing pull-ups, kid left in nasty pull up despite being told they help eith potty training. My kid had fun with the other children. But all in all. It doesn't add up. I literally bought in an unopened package of pull-ups and it completely disappeared. Imagine my anger when I helped my kiddo change after daycare and discovered her in the pull-up I dropped her off in. Never took her back to this daycare. Don't recommend. They are in it for money and that's it.

My son is 15 months and he LOVES his daycare. They are all so sweet and attentive. The owner is also very kind and easy to communicate with. I have no anxiety leaving him there and they're always excited to see him. He is taken into his classroom every morning with a smile and he is so comfortable. When I pick him up I always hear about all the good things that happened that day. I have never had a negative situation or conversation with anyone there. They communicate things like injuries, supplies, incidents, money, scheduling ect in a very effective way, never making be feel like myself or my son are an inconvenience (as I have experienced at other daycares) I would and do recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone.

This daycare called my daughter every other day with some issue or other (basically spitting up) causing her to miss college classes she couldn’t afford to miss! Then when she tried to calmly discuss this concern with the manager she kicked my grandson out! (I was standing there listening to the entire conversation). I tried to speak with her myself. I am an RN and have been a director of Nursing and in management most of my professional life and NEVER have I been spoken to so unprofessionally not seen any situation handled so poorly! She said it was because we were unhappy...but the truth is you brought up concerns so now you’re going to be punished! Do NOT put your trust in these people they are NOT dependable! Also we had more diapers disappear than my grandson could’ve ever gone through himself; also binkies and other things went missing (which we never said anything about). Again Do NOT put your faith in these people!

I had both my sons come here and pulled them after 2 months. My childs belongings came up missing, diapers were diappearing like they were going out of style. What did it for me is when they lost my sons blue baby blanket. I said to myself one more thing and im done. Next day i brought my sons in and forgot to get the diapers out the back, so i came back in to give them to a staff member and they had turned on a movie in the back in the dark and they were sitting there watching them! needless to say they finished their week but come monday they had a new childcare center located behind Walla Walla Community College! I put in a complaint with DSHS, and said this place is horrible!! Will never go back, nor reccommend to any family!

If I could get no stars I would. Diapers turn up missing, they steal your child’s belongings, and so forth! Read more if yo I want to find out what happened to my boy.. My son was enrolled from January until today, February 7th. Since he’s started, I got called because he had a day where he as severe acid reflux. They said he was vomiting and sick, and I missed class. He was fine, was taken to the doctor and nothing was wrong with him. Now this second time, they found head lice on my sons head. I treated him and then took him to the doctor, where the doctor, D Parkey, only found a piece of dandruff. He didn’t have anything. I called expressing my concerns, telling them he didn’t have anything and asked if he could go back the following day, they said no. I actually believe it was Angie, the “director” what a joke. Anyways, I told her I’m worried I’m missing more class than going, and that all his “problems” aren’t turning out to be any problems! They made a commitment to watch my son, and she started getting very upset over the phone once I said I was going to start maybe looking around at other places since it seems they may be to busy with the newborns to handle him. My son is very low maintenance, and a doll. (Everyone who has ever babysat him ever says) every time I would come to pick him up, he would be alone.. left in a high chair while they were sitting on their butts rocking newborns and hunter would sometimes be crying and very upset. So I tried communicating my concerns like I said above with her, and that I’m looking for someone else but that he would be resuming Monday. She then told us no, we can go elsewhere and that he’s not allowed back if I’m not interested. To which I said, i don’t have to look for other places, I just don’t feel like you guys want to watch him. To which she said, I feel if you guys aren’t happy you can leave. My mom overheard everything, and took the phone and tried to reason with her. She hung up on my mother and I get to skip a full day of classes. This is absolutely the WORST FACILITY I HAVE EVER SEEN! Don’t fall for the aesectics of the place, because the people there aren’t happy with the kids. Numerous times picking him up, one of the teachers or usually both I’ve seen on different occasions would be screaming at the kids in the 1,2’s room! I actually watched her pick up a little boy by the arms and set him against the wall and started yelling at him. I sat there and watched her, and she the whole time kept watching me back and would lower her voice because she knew she wasn’t acting okay. TERRIBLE PLACE! Would put no stars if I could. Guess my little boy wasn’t “worthy” enough there, we will be seeking to talk to the board higher up than this “director”, lol. And trying to find elsewhere for my baby to go too. (He’s only 11 months old)
