What Parents Say
Justice Child Development Center receives highly polarized reviews. Most parents praise the caring staff, educational activities, and family-like atmosphere, with several reporting their children have attended for multiple years. However, recent negative reviews cite staffing shortages, disorganization, unprofessional teacher behavior, safety concerns, and a decline in quality and care standards.
THIS IS WORST DAYCARE EVER!!!! When I come in all I see teachers laying around on their phones or sitting at table with their head down with blanket over themselves on their phone not paying attention to the children. Children watching non appropriate programs on the T.V. Teachers are too lazy to answer the door having children under 10 answering and the same with parents. That's very unsafe opening a door to complete stranger!! And playground is dangerous their are huge gaps in fence and on side completely broken... These children aren't safe here!!!! And being closed certain days where they should open, robbing parents blind!!!! Don't send your child or children here!!!!
Justice Child Development center has been a great safe place for my children. My children come home from their and talk about how much fun they had, not only that they come home with all type of activities they done at school. The teachers are so professional and they take the time to see if everything ok with the child when they didn’t show up for school. From the first time I was on a zoom call to get an tour to the now. I love Justice Child Development Center and the staff there. It’s would be the best choice you made when it comes to picking a center for your children.
This is one of the worst possible daycares to place a child in. Especially if you have a younger child. Alicia the director is unorganized and never knows what she is doing. Worst experience ever. If you are looking for a daycare that inconvenience you, do not communicate with you and workers curse in front of the youth, send your child here :) oh yea, half of the reviews are staff themselves. Just call the daycare yourself and ask what are the staff names. Find out yourself.
Hello I just want to say how Justice Child Develop Center has been a wonderful child care provider, not only a provider but great educators. There team has promote warm heart for all the children there, I saw this far. My children been their since they where infants now they are school agers. , but my concern to you is why you didn’t have private pay, but my other concern was why you have a problem with the teacher it sound like to me she was preparing your child for school. Sound like you had a problem with their policy. Not the teachers. @
First off, I want to say that I’ve honestly had no problems with this facility until this past year. My son has been going to this daycare since he was 1 years old, he’s now 5. In the beginning, everything was smooth, I got daily reports about his day, etc. Ms. Wendy and Ms Inez and Ms. Pricilla were great with him. Fast forward…the teachers that are now, I honestly feel like that care is not there anymore. The constant change in teachers or lack of teachers definitely has been an issue. This facility now very unorganized, esp with child care payments and documents. I’ve submitted documents and check stubs to 3 different “directors”. I provided my sons birth certificate his first year and here they are 4 years later once again asking for the same thing. This facility is suppose to be from 6am-6pm. I was told that they’re next door facility would be from 8-5 pm for the big kids going to kindergarten… that center hasn’t even stayed open due to the lack of teachers and I was charged $50 late fee for being a couple mins late because I arrived at 5:10pm… my son was already in the original facility that’s open until 6. Lots of back and fourth & the teachers NEVER say good morning to me, only my child, and that started to happen once I addressed an issue that one of the teachers made my son cry for not wearing a mask. My child used to be excited to go here until the recent change in his new class. His teacher , Ms Joanna is very pushy, rushes the learning process with my child. I do not believe her approach is good because she would always complain how my son Does not want to do the work. Mind you he’s been going since he was 1, never had anyyyyy complaints. Ms Joanna honestly doesn’t give off a caring vibe, my son would scream in the mornings knowing he has to go to her class. I feel like with the lack of teachers , they are trying to make up for lost time by rushing the learning process, for example, my son has never used scissors , and Ms. Joanna states that he should have known how to do this by now (he’s only 5). He is left handed and I don’t even believe she took the time to realized that but insisted he go home and start cutting random circles form paper and the scissors were not even made for left handed kids. I hope that the staffing gets better. I’d recommend this daycare if you need your babies to be cared for but as far as them becoming toddlers (4 and up) and being ready to go to kindergarten… no.
