Poorly managed facilities. Teachers are great but they close last minute OFTEN and continue to charge. 1 week to spray for bed bugs with last minute notice and continued to charge $180!!! Poor business running and management has ruined what could have been a quality daycare. I would loved to have spoke to you about this via phone, I have called 3 times today with no return call. Spraying for bugs is absolutely necessary, parents should be notified ASAP and compensation for having to pay for an additional sitter is your job to accommodate your children and their families. You decision to call off last minute is one that other daycares in Paris did not feel the need to make today as they understand their children's parents working are what keep them open, I have verified. My boys go to the Paris location & THEY LOVE IT. There is a huge indoor gym, outdoor playground, their teachers are so invested in them. We love JLH & all the staff! Thanks for loving on my babies!
