Just Like Home Family Daycare

I could not have found a better daycare for my son. My little one has been going here for past 2 years and  has grown very fond of Varshini. She provides warmth, care and attention to kids just like her own. She also engages kids in age appropriate learning activities , nature plays , festival celebrations, and Montessori skills and has also been supportive in the toilet training phase. Kids are provided with healthy hot meals (Breakfast & lunch) along with snacks - a real lifesaver for working parents. I am also very much satisfied with the safety measures in place at this daycare. I would highly recommend it !!

Just like Home Child care run by Varshini has been truly a nurturing environment for my little one. My son has been going to her home based daycare for the past two years and he truly enjoys going there. Varshini has been a very caring and attentive care giver. Her facility is very well maintained and clean. She offers both fun and educational activities every day ! She also offers healthy meals (including breakfast & lunch)& snacks. As a working parents this has been life saving for us! Overall both me and my son love Varshini’s Just like Home Daycare ! I highly recommend her !

My kid went to this daycare when he was around 2 years old & thoroughly enjoyed teachings by Varshini which were amazing, informative and loving. There was always communication and transparent about everything. I was comfortable with the care from day1. As a mom, it can be hard to trust just anyone with your child and I couldn't ask for better caretaker for my child. My kid liked it and have made new friends. I love the safety measures that are in place and feel super safe with my kid being in this daycare. I highly recommend this daycare if you are looking for quality care with a safe and fun environment. Easily the best child care facility in town.

We had our son with Varshini of ‘Just Like Home’ daycare from ~ age 1 to age 3.5. She is incredibly kind, understanding, and patient. Even though it is a home daycare, it is very structured, which prepared my son well for going into a preschool. Varshini focuses on helping the kids learn letters, numbers, exposes them to different learning topics weekly, and is truly interested in their growth and development. Additionally, she encourages and is intentional in getting the kids to connect and play together, which is also very valuable for their growth. I highly recommend Varshini’s services to anyone needing care for their little ones.

Just like home daycare is the gold standard for at home daycares. Varshini takes care of these kids like her own. She has fostered a warm and inviting environment where they can play, learn, and thrive. Both my kids were under her care when they were less than a year old. We only took them out of her care when we moved out town when our kids were 1.5 & 3.5. Varshini’s communication with us has been incredible. Always willing to work with us when the big transitions happened (ie potty training, reduced naps, weening from bottles & pacifiers). She’s been able to reinforce good habits and rules that are applied at home when asked, and also worked with us on naps when our son started having trouble going to sleep at night. Varshini is also very conscious of the children’s safety and health. She’s very conscious of allergies and takes appropriate measures. She teaches them about fire, earthquake, and emergency safety and preparedness. She also fosters their development and academic needs by teaching them basic things to prepare them for preschool or kindergarten. ABC’s counting, writing, phonics, as well as science lessons. There’s also a constant flow of new activities for the kids to get excited about. She always has themed crafts and activities scheduled for holidays and birthday. Other highlights include age appropriate cooking activities (lemonade, s’mores, pizza etc.), water days, nature walks, messy play, bug scavenger hunt. Overall I highly recommend Just Like Home daycare and am sad to see my kids leaving Varshini’s care. They’ve learned so much under her care and am thankful they were there for as long as they were.
