Jump Start Learning Institute INC

At first I thought this was going to be a great daycare. When I walked in it just felt nurturing and the inside was nice. My son went here for one week and I pulled him out because his teacher Ms. Nicole which is the two year old teacher didn’t know how to talk to people she was just really rude. Low and behold the director Ms. Jones told me I wasn’t her only complaint😳 So why is she still employed with her rude ass? She was suppose to apologize but of course she didn’t. Ms.Jones act liked she really cared when I told her but when I called back hours later she was defending the teacher🤔 Also my son name wasn’t on anything all his things were under a previous child’s name and Ms. Nicole told me she’ll change it when she get to it. Oh ok✌🏽I pulled my son out today and he starts his new daycare Monday. Another thing is they don’t inform you of what’s going on with your child. I found out my son had a runny nose and coughing once I picked him up and got him home. Wasn’t there job to call and let me know he wasn’t feeling well?
