Unprofessional. Who expels a 2-year-old with less than 2 days’ notice simply for not napping? According to NH law, children must be offered quiet activities if they don’t nap. Instead, we were told it wasn’t possible due to staffing shortages. That’s not the child’s fault—it’s a management issue. Perhaps don’t over-enroll if you can’t maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios. It’s clear the priority here isn’t the children’s well-being, but the money.

Owners do not know how to run a business! Expelled my daughter who just turned 2 years old because she does not always nap. Not one meeting, no plan, nothing. Instead they gave me less than 2 days to find another daycare. Their reasoning was “staffing”, not my problem. A lot of staff turnover, wonder why. Look elsewhere!

As a first time mom, I visited this school in 2020 for the open house while I was pregnant and was blown away by the director, the staff, the setup (it's beautiful and so well organized!) and attention to detail concerning my child's care. Fast forward almost two years later and the school and the staff have now been with us through so many major milestones in my daughter's life, they are part of our family. Yes, in fact, the director miss Kortney caught my daughter's first steps on video for us while we were working so we wouldn't miss it. I can't tell you how many times I watched the video and how much we ALL celebrated that day! The Day Dreamers care about your well being as a parent as well as your babies' well being while they are in their care. My daughter is so loved and supported by the staff, she can't wait to go to school every day and she is learning and picking up so many social skills from just being there and interacting with staff and the other children. Throughout the day, the teachers are very professional and do a wonderful job of keeping us up-to-date with pictures and updates on my daughter's care (diaper changes, naps, snacks, food etc.) and activities she does (arts, music, dance, outside time). The constant communication and transparency is so important as a parent and is truly appreciated so I can focus on my work and know that she's taken care of. This is a hard working, safe, creative, and professional place for your children.

Our 2 children have been with Day Dreamers since they opened. By far the most comfortable we've been with childcare yet! its so bright and warming in each classroom, has a very welcoming vibe. Kortney the owner is incredibly caring, patient and comfortable. I feel very confident that my kids are having the absolute best days when attending as they have an App that keeps me informed and happy checking on them throughout the day. The entire staff is hands down the best, my children always have huge smiles and run from me at pick up! my oldest is always bragging that she has the best teacher ever!

Day Dreamers has been the best thing for my son. All of the teachers care about him, whether they’re his teacher or not. All teachers are very professional, communicative, and really work to make sure the kids are always learning. The owner, Kortney, is by far the easiest and best person to work with. She’s attentive, caring, and is always bending over backwards to make sure every parent has a positive experience. This is more then the normal daycare, they truly treat each family as their own. The classrooms are always spotless and safe. My son never wants to leave.
