My son has been going to this daycare maybe a little over a month. Staff is very messy is what I noticed first. Tried to give them a chance still,then my son came home with a nail scratch mark right below his right eye and Cornelia Wiggins said he scratched himself when my son has never known to do that. Just today (04/18/24) I sent him to school with a different brand pull-up than what I provided for daycare. I picked him up at 1400 since the lights was suppose to be out and he had on the same pull-up from 800 that morning. Discussed it with Mrs. Thomas over the phone with Wiggins present and I had to be lieing about my son’s pull-up. Which makes me question the facilities care for my son.It disgusts me for a grown woman to lie about her actions just to cover up her lack of care. *add on from previous comment (06/13/24)* I find it strange that the facility doesn’t make it their duty to provide a receipt after parent has paid. Excuse is that the computer is acting up but it never acts up for anything else and even after days you would think the computer is fixed since that is suppose to be a problem but administration (Mrs.Thomas) never gets back to me about a receipt upon payment. And they’ll see this review and get upset and show an attitude but it needs to be known how they run the facility. And their way of retaliating is making reports to DCS.
One of the best learning centers for children!!! I'm so glad this center was my 1st choice and a GREAT choice!!! The staff are THE BEST I'm very comfortable with little to none worries when I'm at work because, my children are in Great Hands, with GREAT PEOPLE, providing the best educational learning. I Love Joyland and I really Thank them for being the best at learning, and safest childcare provider for my children... Trenity & An'Trenece❤
One of the worst Daycares I have ever used. They’re closed more than they’re open. They were out several days with no heat. No reimbursement. Air not working, no reimbursement. Out three weeks for the pandemic, no reimbursement. Don’t want to work with kids who have special health issues. I go to put my two children on the bus and was told my little boy cannot come back anymore, and this was without notice. The bus attendant advised me. Said the Director Ms Thomas said she texted me on Friday. Who does that? Think twice before you choose them, you might be looking for a place for your Child to go, without notice.
