Joyful Land Preschool

We had a disappointing experience with this preschool. One day, when I came to pick up my daughter, I found a long scratch—about 4 inches—on her neck. I was shocked and asked the director what had happened. She told me my daughter had been playing alone with a tree branch and probably scratched herself. While I understand that kids can have minor accidents, I was concerned that a child could be left unsupervised with something sharp enough to cause a noticeable injury. What made me even more uncomfortable was that no incident report was written. When I asked about it, the director said they don’t write reports for injuries like that. It made me question how seriously the school takes safety and communication with parents. We decided to withdraw our daughter from the preschool. After that, we toured several other schools and eventually enrolled her in a new one. Looking back, I also realized something unusual about this preschool—Joyful is the only school where parents are not allowed to enter the classroom at all. I still don’t understand why. It made us feel like something was being hidden, and we had no way of knowing what the children were eating, how they were playing, or what kind of environment they were in during the day. I hope the school reconsiders their approach to both safety and transparency.

First time sending my son in school and he got traumatized going in this school, one time, picked him up and he is wearing other kids clothes! And my son smell’s pee specially his shoes. He always come home so dirty. And yeah they don’t let you see inside. Whenever i picked him up they will close the door and only let him come out. They said they have aircondition but i dont think so and saying they are very clean but its smell weird. I paid for one month and just let my son come for 5 days because he doesn’t really want to come to school. I was thinking maybe because its his first time. But glad i stop him at 5 days even i cant refund before my son got more trauma. Now he's going to different school, very clean, and teachers are nice and they don’t mind you come picked them up and watched them for awhile and let you go inside. My son come home with just sweat nothing else. And he's the one who always asks now to go to school and always have pictures from teachers. They should have zero or negative star.
