I can't say enough good things about this daycare! After a less-than-ideal experience at our previous daycare, where they didn't have many activities for the kids, so they were always bored and my son had a hard time staying focused, the difference here has been remarkable. Since switching, my son has been thriving! He's genuinely excited to go every day and comes home talking about all the fun activities they do. They really keep the kids busy and entertained, with special events like Pizza Fridays and visits from an ice cream truck, plus water play that he absolutely loves. It warms my heart to see him so happy and engaged. What I appreciate most is the teachers' attentiveness, communication, and the genuine love they show my son. Seeing how much they care for him makes me love this daycare even more. They contact me right away if there's anything I need to know, and I love getting updates throughout the day that let me keep up with how he's doing while I'm at work. It gives me such peace of mind. This daycare deserves a five-star rating for their caring staff, engaging activities, and excellent communication!

One of the best daycares we've experienced so far! My two daughters currently attend, and I’m looking forward to enrolling my third as soon as they open the baby class, or definitely next year when she turns 18 months. The center is always spotless; they clean and sanitize constantly to keep everything hygienic and safe. All the teachers are lovely and caring, but Miss Ermis truly stands out. She has a special gift, working with the “terrible twos” all day with endless patience and unconditional love. You can feel her absence on the rare days she's not there; no announcement needed. A big thank you to Mrs. Ali for creating such a warm, family-like environment. When the staff feel loved and supported, it reflects in the way they care for the children, with joy and genuine affection.

The staff are absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being. The daily updates and photos give me so much peace of mind, and it’s clear they go above and beyond to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. My daughter comes home singing songs, talking about her friends and teachers, and excited to go back the next day. She’s made amazing progress in her language and social skills.

Joyful Hearts in Pawtucket is truly amazing! The staff is caring, the space is safe and welcoming, and my son is always learning something new. I can see how much he’s growing every day thanks to their dedication. Highly recommend!
