I absolutely LOVE the new owners and they’re very helpful and so sweet! They really work with you and my kids love it here! My kids have been going here for a month and Ms. Michelle, the director helped with potty training my 2 year old! Such a blessing.
Management is very rude and disorganized. Most of the apartments are borderline unlivable because the maintenance people take months to do anything. Even simple stuff like unclogging a toilet or sink. The residents also get treated like they are in prison. The management and maintenance will just walk in to your apartment unannounced just to "look" at a problem then they will leave and never come back to fix anything. With the lack of money spent on maintenance the residents feel that the manager is stealing from the company.
