One negative review alleges physical discipline by staff and poor handling of pandemic protocols. The facility maintains a 4.7/5 Google rating based on recent parent feedback.
My goodness, I couldn’t be more grateful for Mrs. Pam & the staff. My nephew is a 4 yr old neurodivergent cool kid, but it takes a village. We couldn’t be more blessed but to have Joneri’s Christian Academy in ours. Since he’s been here, he’s a different kid. He has positive social skills, he can count to 80, he knows his dinosaurs by name, and he also wants to learn more & more. He cries every single time I pick him up & wakes me up early on the weekends to go back. Mrs.Pam is a woman of faith, love & integrity so we couldn’t be happier. We’re hopeful for his future & plan on keeping here until we just can’t any more. I’ll cry the day he grows up into grade school & we’ll still try to keep him there :) it’s also a plus that the meals are nutritious which aids in the development of the kids. We love it here & thank you for making us family. Many blessings
If i could give -5 stars I would, however I will settle for 1. First of they have staff members that put their hands on students. The teacher who jacked my son up was Ms. Sharon, she denied the claims but I have another parent whose child said the same thing regarding this teacher. The director Pam Parham aka Miss Greasy Wig is the rudest person I have ever met. Christian black directors are the worst, this daycare is all about money. They could care less about the care of their students. Respect is golden!! I originally took my son out during the pandemic because a teacher caught COVID and I didnt like how they handled the situation it was very unprofessional, however I decided to to bring my son back to give them a second chance but I cant do the disrespectful BS. Pam also said cash apping her was direspectful because on my cash app it displayed "Hood" which is my last name....whatever that means weirdo. Run as far as you can from this place.
I could write a book about this academy, the staff and all of the above. I've actually seen my children achieve lots of things at this Academy . My autistic son is now in Kindergarten and doing great thanks to Joneri's Christian Academy children strive beyond measures. Thank you all for all that you do.
My child has been attending JonEri’s since he was 2 months and he’ll be 2 in a few months. I haven’t had any issues with the staff. The communication is everything! They also go above and beyond for the children in their care.❤️
My husband and I love this place for the little one. They are so kind and compassionate about what they do. Wouldn’t go to any other daycare!
