My kids started going here in 2016 and my youngest is now off to kindergarten. I have not had any major complaints. There was 1 teacher that I had to bring to the office and directors attention and it was dealt with in a very appropriate way. They have some very great teachers and also some that aren't as great as others but I never felt my children were ever being physically abused. I do believe they take serious complaints seriously. I don't consider my childs lost hat or jacket a serious complaint. The only thing I think could be better is the hours. Other than that I've had a very good experience with the staff.
Please please do your research before sending your babies here. The workers are completely disrespectful to the little ones. If they do this as they’re being watched I can’t imagine what goes on behind closed doors. Yelling at little ones and telling them to shut up is definitely not okay.
Fire the woman who cusses at children to lay down!!! Everyone who brings their children here should be warned, there is a video going viral of workers cussing at children to lay down at nap time. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
