I called them regarding a defective pump on a product and instead of sending me a pump or a coupon for a new one they sent me three - five dollar coupons. The product cost $15.69 at ACME plus tax so I would have to buy 3 of them to get back and invite P. Diddy over and try to sell him two bottles. Thanks for nothing. I will not buy anything with your companies name on it!

My mother had pain and suffering ordeal with the netrogena serum. I contacted customer service, they assured her that the matter is very important to the company. I uploaded pictures of my mother's raw,burn neck from the product, and they said that they did not receive them after mailing her the email to upload the photos. What's going on with you Johnson and Johnson? ???
I believe the body lotion with light sesame scent, was the best. I wonder if it will ever come back for sale!
