All the reviews are from years ago before we joined so I can't speak for how it was, it just isn't deserving of the low rating it has at the time I'm writing this review. We have been with this center for a little over a year and couldn't be happier. Admin staff is great, friendly, responsive and my kid loves going to school to see everyone. Staff and teachers are always friendly, attentive and create such a warm environment. The location has great off-street parking that's safe for everyone to walk, especially the little ones. In addition to their outdoor playground, they have an atrium that brings a ton of light in, is really helpful during the bad weather and allows our kid to blow off a little more steam after it gets dark before going home. Truly happy with this center and we look forward to enrolling our second child soon!
The admin team is a JOKE. They constantly preach family and communication but never do any of those things with the parents OR staff. They never hold themselves accountable (in which a boss or manager should do) and would rather point their fingers at the staff underneath them which is completely irresponsible. It’s a shame that the teachers have to deal with this everyday, especially when they are doing things outside of their job description AND are not getting paid for it. It can be overwhelming for teachers at times to handle large groups of children with lots of energy and with some that are misbehaving or having accidents (example: not being fully potty trained). As a former teacher who loves children, I can understand how frustrating and miserable it can be to walk through those doors everyday knowing that your “family” is just going to walk all over you or not provide you with any bit of assistance. There is a reason why many teachers have left already. How do you expect to uplift your staff or have them perform at their peak if you don’t treat them well, communicate, or even build a relationship with them? I really suggest that admin needs to reflect on their actions and handle things a bit differently. Consider finding some ways to make it a better work environment for teachers to be excited to come to work, to make things run more smoothly. A little bit of extra help can go a long way. The REAL reason why my child still attends this school is because she LOVES her teacher, and to be honest, I do too. The teachers here build relationships with both the children and parents, something admin does not do (none of them don’t even remember my child’s name). Otherwise, my child and I would be attending a different school. So I believe the teachers here deserve a little more respect. I really do hope this review can make a change.
Never have I ever experienced such a rude staff. Especially this lady Arron. I will be sure to never bring or refer any business to this place.
Staff are kind and welcoming. Care about the kids.
