My oldest child has been going here for 4.5 years, and my youngest for 1.5 years. They absolutely love it, and so do I. Kendra has the warmest personality, and so do all of the teachers. I have never had any issues, and have always been so grateful at how professional and kind they are! If one of my children were ever having a hard time leaving me at drop off, the teachers were always right there to comfort them and cheer them up!

I have nothing but peace of mind every day dropping my child off at Joanns, since he was 8 weeks old! He is now 2.5 and I am thankful that Kendra and her teachers have played a huge part in teaching him and shaping him as a little person. They are creative, caring, and fair with discipline methods which are all things I value as a parent. I’m so appreciative of all they do, and my child is too! I was referred to this daycare from at least 5 parents and I will always recommend them myself.

My 5 year old granddaughter went to this daycare for about 3 weeks before we took her out. I picked her up one day and it was clear that she had been crying.The owner said that my granddaughter had been emotional that day, but couldn't tell me why. I could tell the minute she came up to me why she was crying. She had an accident and had soaked her clothes completely. When I changed her it was very clear that she had been that way for hours. Her skin was cold and wrinkled. She was afraid to tell anyone that she had an accident because when the owner saw that she was crying, she told her to stop crying because there was nothing to cry about. This is neglect in my opinion! No one ever showed this little girl that they cared about her. She did not want to return and I was definitely not going to send her. This daycare does not live up to the mission they post in their parent handbook. Beware!!

worst experience I've ever had, not welcoming at all and seems to be over the top strict with the children.
