Jewish Community Center Child Development

The J!! I would recommend this place to anyone! I have loved my time here and their membership prices and extremely reasonable. Especially since they have basketball gyms, classes, pools, and many other things! Staff is super nice and easy to talk too. The facilities are always clean and if you need something they’ll get it for you! Everyone should have a membership here.

We absolutely love the CDC and so grateful to be a part of the J. We had tried two other preschools nearby and were unhappy with them. My boy used to cry or say "no school" but since starting at the CDC, he loves going to school and excitedly says "that's my school" when we pull up in the morning. He looks happy when we pick him up and the teachers are engaged and do no seem overwhelmed. We highly recommend the CDC and will enroll our 2 year old next year.

Everyone at the J is helpful, kind and willing to show someone new around. We instantly felt welcomed. The offerings are varied and great for a family. Highly recommend!

Love it! From the IR sauna, to the hot yoga with Eric (is like going to a REAL studio) to - my absolute fav reason - my kids feel safe, welcome and comfortable in the CDC/ After Care program and Summer Camp. As a single mom, nothing really makes your feel better about who cares for your kids then their own report of "having a good day" and "feeling safe".

My family loves the J for the summer outdoor pool, and I love the J for the variety of classes plus the sauna! Best community center in KC.
