Those who are Hurting For Help Paying For Thier Electric Bills; Like I Have Been, The Last 4 Years, Because The City of Sullivan DOESN'T ACCEPT PLEDGES FROM Missouri Ozark Community Action OR Franklin County Community Action Because They're Sullivan Utility is RIDICULOUS ...Anyways The Great Thing Is , Now , Franklin County Community Action sends a check to your house and you can pay your own bill and you don't have to worry about it so everybody in Franklin County May be able to Possibly Get Help Come Nov. When They fill out Application then you will be able to call them and check if they got funds if they do, they will send you the check in the mail. Its A Blessing , Finally , Something Gave. I Hope EVERYONE Out There That Needs Help , Gets the Help They Need..
